  The Staff Deserve 5 Stars — The Hotel Doesn’t

  We recently stayed at this hotel and while there were definitely some positives, there were also several areas that seriously let the experience down.The biggest highlight of the stay was without question the staff. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, welcoming and hardworking. The reception team were always helpful whenever we had questions, the bar staff were chatty, efficient and made drinks quickly, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless whenever cleaning was requested. The hotel also made organising transport very easy — taxis arranged through reception would usually arrive within 2–5 minutes, which was really convenient.The resort itself has some nice features too. The open beach access was great, the pools were pleasant, and the waterslides were genuinely fun. The fitness centre is decent enough for basic holiday workouts, although many of the machines are outdated and clearly not maintained very well.Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives for us.The hotel completely shuts down at midnight. After that there’s no food, no drinks, no atmosphere and no entertainment whatsoever, which made evenings feel very flat. The food was probably the biggest disappointment of the trip. Despite advertising different cuisines each night, the buffet was effectively the same every day with very little variety and poor overall quality. We ended up eating out in Alanya most days instead of using the all-inclusive restaurant because of this. There was also a noticeable lack of fresh fruit available throughout the stay.The “à la carte” restaurant was especially disappointing. It’s marketed as Italian, but the meal felt no different from the standard buffet food. The starter was essentially plain penne pasta with the same tomato sauce available in the main restaurant, while the main course was chicken breast and vegetables covered in BBQ sauce — not exactly what you would expect from an Italian restaurant. Many guests actually left midway through the meal and skipped dessert entirely.Our room’s air conditioning also didn’t work for the duration of the stay. We reported it to reception and were told somebody would come to fix it, but nobody ever did. In such a hot climate, this made sleeping quite uncomfortable. The rooms in general also feel very outdated and could really do with refurbishment.Entertainment was another weak point. Out of the eight live shows we watched, only two were genuinely enjoyable. One “belly dancing” show lasted around 18 minutes total, with the performer only dancing briefly before bringing audience members up to fill most of the time.The all-inclusive drinks selection also became repetitive very quickly. The included alcoholic drinks started tasting poor after a few days, while the nicer cocktails cost €11 each, which felt excessive considering guests are already paying for all-inclusive service. If premium drinks are going to be charged separately, the prices should at least be more reasonable compared to bars in Alanya town centre.Lastly, while the spa itself was actually very pleasant, there was a staff member constantly walking around the resort trying to sell massages and spa extras every single day. By the second day this became frustrating, as it felt impossible to relax without being repeatedly approached.Overall, this hotel has some genuinely lovely staff and a few enjoyable facilities, but the poor food quality, outdated rooms, weak entertainment and lack of attention to maintenance made it difficult to fully enjoy the holiday.   The friendliest most fun hotel!

  We stayed here and at first were unsure but this is the friendliest most fun hotel. We participated in all the activities- darts, boules, aqua fit, volleyball and water polo and made so many friends! We absolutely loved our time here and go home with so many, many happy memories and a whole address book of new friends! Big shout out to Sema and Basak who were absolutely fantastic with the activities and smile so much and bring so much fun!   Lovely hotel

  Lovely staff and hotel very clean. We got home on 4/5/26 after 12 hours travelling. The hotel was lovely but too far from the airport. The food was terrible Grilled Chicken or fish for lunch and dinner,every day stews were all vegetarian sprout stew asparagus stew vegetable stew. No entertainment at all not sure about kids club. Would not say it’s a 5 star hotel but very nice. There was entertainment on the board but none on. Maybe because it was early in the season.   Worse holiday ever

  Not the cleanest place. Food terrible and the same every meal. Our room was adequate but the bathroom was not fit for purpose. Smallest corner shower with a flat on the floor tray. Shower curtain mouldy and 18 inches short. The bathroom completely flooded if the shower was used. The toilet broke and we were left without for a full night and half a day. Asked for a new room but none available. They did offer us a bottle of wine which was declined as we were all inclusive. The whole place was old and very run down. Entertainment awful. Alcoholic drinks were good apart from cocktails which were all syrup. Would never go again.   Great relaxing place

  Location outside of Alanya but well connected - 20 minutes bus ride to city centre - which was great as hotel was quiet and ideal for relaxing. Atmosphere there is great everyone is respectful and super nice! Rooms, they’re a little bit older but staff does amazing job to keep rooms and hotel grounds tidy and clean. Great value for money! Food was good and always good amount of choices. Huge terrain and plenty sun beds which means no need for sun beds war in the morning! Thank you Labranda Alantur for great preseason holiday!
