  Not adults only section as let kids and babies in

  Don’t bother booking this hotel if you want an adults only section. Even though they specify that you need to be 16+ to go in adults only, they let babies and children come in and splash around in the pool and chill on the sun loungers.I personally don’t book a holiday unless there is an adults only section as my partner and I like the calmness.When I spoke to the manager about this I was told to “chill out” which I just find disgusting.   Best holiday! Do we really have to leave!

  Sitting in the lobby waiting for our airport transfer and we honestly don’t want to leave! Best holiday we’ve had in ages and we travel a lot. The entertainment staff are just amazing and do the best job! What an asset they are to the hotel! I didn’t meet a single unhappy member of staff, everyone is so smiley and welcoming!!The pool staff on roller skates bringing you drinks all day…. Genius!! The pool party and pool games and evening entertainment! No expense spared, best hotelEntertainment I’ve ever experienced!!I’d come here again in a heartbeat! What a gem this place is! If you have kids this hotel has everything! Great beach (bring beach shoes though as the beach is pebble and it’s a killer on your bare feet)!Great slides for grow up kids and young kids water park, brilliant pirate play park on the beach for young kids too. The rooms are lovely, beds could do with being slightly more comfortable but that’s my preference as a little too hard for me but I still slept like a log! Only two negatives on my part are….1) if you don’t get out by the pool for 8-8:20am you can’t get a sunbed for love nor money (that said it’s is a national holiday here at the moment so could be the reason) 2) the food was great standard and quality but I did find it hard to find something new to eat to my taste, but again that’s just my food taste. I did eat everyday but not much option for my food tastes. But don’t let my opinion put you off as I’m a fussy eater. Honestly I can’t praise this hotel enough!   Large hotel, no queues or fighting for sunbeds even when fully booked. High-quality evening entertainment. Very clean, rooms are cleaned very conscientiously daily.   For my husband and I can say everything was exellent, from the beginning to the end of our stay. Staff, hygiene, food, very friendly service and everything perfect.
