  This was my sixth visit to this hotel never again it has changed so much.They have annexed the hotel next door which has Ukrainian refugees in it . Food is now dreadful the reception staff are very rude huge queue at meal times.would definitely not return.

  Green Kemer region with high outstanding tops of the mountains which you can see above the clouds. Tremendous views. Small, compacted Camyuva village with an exotic environment, chilled atmosphere, spectacular beach cafes and fascinating water entertainments sessions! In the hotel you can treat yourself with spa offers. Only 20 € for the spa treatment set which includes sauna, hammam, full body massage and relaxation with a face mask and a cup of tea. Lots of vegan food is available during the meals!

  This hotel is disgusting I wouldn't let a dog sleep in it the photos look lovely but I don't know where they were taken because the hotel I was in was nothing like these photos there is only 1 pool that the kids had use of nearly all day and night there was water aerobics from 12-12.30 then the kids took over again until 8.30 then the so called adult intertainment started a young girl who was ment to be a Belly dancer who didn't do any Belly dancing and she got really annoyed when a two-year old got up and coyped her dance down to the twerking of he bottom lol She could only shake her boobs and twerk her bottom and I don't think she even knew how to roll her tummy to belly dance she was more entertainment for the male adults as they all gathered round the little stage like a pac of animals clapping and shouting at the girl who by the way was still at school and was doing this as a part time job to get money to further her education 😔 as we were told by the creep with the mike who kept making the girl turn round and twerk and then the other night was 4 men 3 Russia and 1 German I think and he was making them talk sexy or so he thought 🤔 a load of rubbish as we didn't know what they where saying anyway also the room we were in the toilet was leaking at the bottom at first we thought the floor was wet because it was just cleaned 😂 that's a joke it was cleaned once in 8 days sorry twice and that was the day we where leaving then we thought it was the air conditioning dripping through the vent in the ceiling because it wasn't working and it was stuck on hot and it was blowing out hot air the whole time and when we asked to get it fixed the guy fixing the toilet side this first and he never got round to fixing it so we started thumping it and throwing shoes and bags and the heavy pillows at it to make it work as we both had a really bad headache just in the middle of our heads above or nose and our eyes swollen up and really puffy inside and I felt like my eyes were going to pop out of my head they felt like someone was squeezing my head until it popped but they weren't interested so we got on the bed and started hitting it with shoes really hard and pressing the on button at the same time and after 5 days it started working 🥴🫠 it was in time as we couldn't do nothing as we were so tired and hot the man that was fixing the toilet took the whole toilet of the wall he put it in the shower and the waste pipe he put in the sink and then when he finished he went away the toilet was not fixed and there was excrement feces inside the shower and in the sink and around the taps 🤢 the place was just one big s*** show so after cleaning up we used our own antibacterial spray and wipes and bleach we cleaned everything up we had our showers and went to get something to eat and drink debs opened the fridge door and it fell right off onto the floor the hinges were so bad they had rusted away there was no hinges there so went do to try and explain to the recipient and he said keep in our fridge I said no I need it 4 times a day we will wait until the morning so next day we got the dirtiest fridge I've seen it had blue& black mould in it all over the inside debs asked the cleaner if she had a spray or cleaner for the fridge but no they had nothing so poor debs spent a good 2 hours cleaning it out washing it and then using antibacterial spray and wipes so it looked like new by the time she had finished so we went down to the bar and there was a perfume stall at the door just as you go to the bar so we went to have a look the perfume was €50 each for 100ml so I got 3 and debs got 5 we went back to the room and Deb's sprayed her issey meyeke and I said let me smell it and it was water so I opened all mine and it was all water so I said grab you stuff I'm sick of this hotel and we went back to the perfume shop and the man thought I owned 5 & he give me the money back for 3 then it came to debs he was just giving her the money for 2 and kept saying you opened these and I said no these are mine she only opened this one and he started yelling at me this is not England I said I know because they would not be allowed to open a shop with fake perfume's and he wasn't giving her back her money so I said to him I'm getting the police and debs said she was going to shout all over the hotel and he give her money back and said don't come back to my shop any time or any of my stores and I yelled back at him why wood I sure it's all fake and smells like some kind of water you have got out of the toilet now the food is I don't know how to describe it 🤢🤮🥗food poison in sliver bowls the food is always cold you can't make out what it is and they just keep dumping more food on top of the old food and the big Germans and Russians stood on me 4 times as if I wasn't there to get their food so on the 5 time when he came to stand on me again I elbowed him in his private parts and carried on getting my food because my left ankle was already swollen and purple because he kept walking on me the food was left out in the open and the flies were all over it debs got food posion from the chopped up 🥗 and was sick in bed for the last 3 days of the holiday I couldn't walk because I had got a Turkish bath and it was really relaxing but when he told me to turn on to my tummy I felt a big pain when I tried to move and it turned out I had 3 broken ribs also I couldn't walk straight I was bent over in agony at the base of my spine and my lower back and down my right leg and left hips and right leg I thought he's broken something and I'm going to be crippled so I booked again for 5 days later and when I went for it again I couldn't relax because there was so many people there looking at us it turns out it was family day but they didn't tell us this and there was little boys there with there dad's and this 1 man kept staring at me and when I was in the bar or at the lobby he was always there looking at me no sorry not for me also we were told that the only drink we could have in all-inclusive was this red and white wine that sat at the side of the bar in the shape of two little barrels and it was like paint stripper so I watched and noticed people with the same armband getting different drinks so I went up and asked for the same drink and they give it to me I then we got a different one and so on this was two days before we left one of the we guys give me a bottle of wine for my birthday and I asked could he change it for the drink I was drinking he was about to do it when the so called manager came out and charged me 100 leria for changing the bar staff said this is our manager he is called I think he said Sebastian but he was so rude and just batted us out of his way as if we were a fly annoying him this little man was so RUDE we where sitting having a drink and there was a bang and all the electric went out one of the water bottle fridge's had give up so they were all over the place and I said it's the water fridge and he completely ignored me and he give the plug to the little guy behind the bar and I said don't plug it in and then the manager shouted and the little barman plugged it in and the shock went right up his arm and the lights went out again I went to see the little barman and he was a grey colour when I looked down he was very very lucky he was standing in a pool of water I think only for the fact he had thick rubber soles on his shoes he would be dead and Sebastian would have a death on his hands the barman's fingers had white blisters and burns on them god was looking after him that night 🙏 I have to tell you this if you are sitting with a drink or even in the middle of a conversation or on the WiFi in the lobby at 11 pm everything is turned off and I mean everything so you are left in pitch black in the lobby bear in mind that there is a open staircase with tiled stairs you can fall down also if you are outside you can fall into the pool and if you go outside the hotel their is no proper road or footpaths so you can fall over on the broken roads or cobble stones and the beach is not just right beside the hotel it is a good bit away from the hotel and if you have problems with walking at all you will need a taxi or left you will not be able to walk to it we tried 3 days in a row but it was to far so we ended up at the shops instead .if you are asked if you want to upgrade to another room say no because the first room they take you to is ment to be the upgrade it is the smallest room with twin single beds in it I have ever seen and then say I want to see the other one which is the one we stayed in it is far bigger than the first one he takes you to and the pool table we where never showed that area and there was a ping-pong table but it only got brought out for the kids.

  A Hotel that makes every effort to be carefully cheap. From the start the staff could not take responsibility for their own organisation. Even with details they did not want to believe what their own organisation had declared in writing to me. Had to wait almost 6 hours to be checked in with a 3 year old daughter after a long day of flights etc. and eventually had to pay greater for their mistakes. No one spoke English! Good job my wife spoke Russian. I believe I was the only Englishman in the hotel. All inclusive and the food hall was like a cattle market. People charged in took more than their stomachs could hold and charged out. People sitting with no tops on or in swim wear. Few with normal casual dress. Same food different day. Processed meats, not a lot of fresh, though plenty of salad. Not too much Turkish food. Staff take plates from under your nose, even when your halfway through. Constantly stopping them. Not alot of choice for the children, had to pay for ice-cream. Some people see this differently, however smoking in a family hotel at the dinner table is allowed.Rooms, these felt comfortable but with those niggly issues that seem to be forgotten or repaired by someone with all the gear and no idea. Soap pot tops missing, small shower shelf hanging on one screw. A fridge that tried to cool. AC was more effective. Cupboard door would not open. Shower bowel filled with water due to slow drainage. Sheets and towels changed but not always running the vacuum cleaner around. Two small bottles of water left on first day only, then fill them yourself.Entertainment, this was not too bad, though in 10 days there had been only one Turkish orientated performance. This was a belly Dancer. Good entertainment for kids though but they need to change the music each day, not to use the same old.The Area, can't complain here. It's Turkey! The area is as lovely as most parts you may visit. Nice little bars and food places, plenty of accessories for the beach and more. Oh and always haggle.Larissa Sultan beach need only to make some small changes. The biggest is the attitude towards people. When you feel they are trying to be cheap and not respecting with fairness any wishes you my have. It's left up to you to make the most of whats left at the hotel or simply enjoy other areas of Turkey more...

  We rested with friends in this hotel, generally it is good for you, if the quality of services is not the most important thing for you. A lot of young people is good also, you can always find someone to drink with. However the quality and etiquette of the staff definitely should be improved. The food is tasty but the same everyday.
