We were unhappy at first, we arrived late at night due to plane delays, and the room was not cleaned. They took care of it in the morning, but in my opinion, it should be clean and ready for the guests. The room was ok, average standard. The shower leaked but the service took care of it. Not everyone speaks English, it was hard to communicate sometimes. Food not very varied, no spices. You can eat your fill but tasteless, only the fish and fruit were good. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Great bartenders, variety of drinks. The best thing about the hotel was the cats! They give this place charm! You can feed them, play with them and pet them, I love it! Beautiful views, mountains, and sea. Very nice stay after all.

Hidden gem, fun family oriented.

Family vacation, all inclusive. Beautiful pool, very clean facility, rooms are cleaned daily, staff is very attentive to needs. Food is very good, overall atmosphere is very relaxing and fun. My family and I had a great time and made amazing new friends. Would definitely come again.

Poor service for large money

Pay attention that owner of hotel changed in 2021 and now service is very poor. we regularly asked stuff for spoons and forks every lunch and dinner because of lack of them in the kitchen! no mini club for kids, playground is very small and broken. Bad cleaning- not every day and very dirty bathroom, floor, furniture. It's not 4 stars hotel, maximum 3 stars. Other Maya World hotels are much better than this hotel. We paid for 1 3 nights in this hotel the same money as for 5stars hotel like L'Oceanica Beach Resort Hotel and got poor poor service for such money.

The reception at this hotel was great. People resolved everything I needed. The services are great here.The reception chef Mehmet Erden was great. I was very satisfied with the accommodation, meals, cleaning. Everything was great.

Excellent holiday in Kemer

We stayed at the hotel for five days and we had a very good time. Staff were very friendly, our room was very large and clean, food was excellent, and the hotel was very close to the beach (10-minute walk, there’s also a shuttle service). The swimming pool was also very nice for early morning sessions!All staff were very helpful but the following individuals were especially customer centric and friendly: Volkan (very helpful from the moment we entered the hotel), Zeki (security), Ibrahim, Irem, Yasin.
