  Overall a wonderful stay

  Overall an amazing holidayWe travelled as a family of 5 ( 2 adults and children aged 4, 3 and 8m)First impressions of the hotel were great, was greeted by warm and friendly staff who made sure we had drinks and helped us with suicases to our room. The young man was very plesent and couldnt do enough for us!The pools were a little on the cold side but in fairness once in we adjusted quickly, all 3 of my kids were happy to be in there (even the baby)and they all loved the kids pools and spent several hours everyday (apart from when raining)Kids club was 'okay'.felt like they could have had more toys to offer, especially for my 8m, the planned activities were great but not much else to do other than a park which wasnt ideal on rainy days.. my daughter fell in love with the 2 women childvare entertainers who made a big fuss of her everytime they see her and she felt very special (which was lovely to watch as she is autistic and struggles to build relationships) the man child entertainer came across slightly.abrupt on a few occassions and almost came across rude- that being said he was great at getting the older ones to participate and felt like it was more his personalitity and not nessisarily him being rude but again my daugher struggled to understand his banter and on a few occassions asked her name (on stage) and when she didnt answer came across as if he mocked her.We stayed in a standard family room, which was 1 big room, it had a double bed, 2 singles and a cot made up with baby duvet and pillow, we were very comfortable and happy with the room providedFood was overall really nice, i normally struggle at AI resorts but found it to be very fresh and a good varietyThe beach is set out lovely for the kids, great shaded areas, bar and fastfood available, along with a childrens park, was a lovely relaxing day and well thogjt through for familiesThe entertainment shows are exceptional and up there with the best iv seen in a hotel, the dancers and highly trained and you can see alot goes into thei performances, they were very welcoming when getting pics after shows and made my kids feel special when being picturedOverall we thouroghly enjoyed our stay, only thing for us that would have made our experiance better would be to have more inside activities for the kids, we had a few rainy days and really struggled to keep them all entertained ( maybe a softplay area or indoor climbing frame) would have really helped us as isnt much going on in kids club other than the set activity. merih pastutmaz, Müşteri Hizmetleri / Ön Büro at Limak Arcadia Sport Resort Hotel, responded to this review Harika — aşağıda aynı cevabın **daha kısa ve daha samimi (sıcak tonlu)** versiyonunu hazırladım:---Dear Guest,Thank you very much for sharing your detailed feedback about your stay at Limak Arcadia Sport Resort.We are very happy to hear that you had an overall amazing holiday and that your family enjoyed the pools, beach, food, and especially our entertainment shows.   PERFECT FAMILY HOLIDAY

  We recently stayed at this lovely hotel, together with our family and friends. Reception staff were very welcoming but we were disappointed when we were given a room in the main building and our family were given a room in the annex. We sent an email requesting rooms near to each other 6 months before our holiday. There was no problem changing our family to the main building the next day. The hotel is in a beautiful area, surrounded by trees, and the grounds were immaculately kept.The food and drinks quality is extremely good and such a variety. All cocktails were individually made, wine very acceptable and some of the best cava ! The coffee in the restaurant was very good too, but the fruit juice is not good quality.All staff throughout the hotel are so pleasant and obliging. A big thank you to Guest Relations, including GR Manager who took care of our family when an unforseen problem arose. Your kindness was so much appreciated.There are lots of nice areas to sit and chill so the hotel never feels crowded. I would like to point out some very small negatives.   A GREAT EXPERIENCE

  It was a great experience.The environment of the hotel is amazing. There are so many things to do.The food is ok, nothing special. The coffee from the machine is awful, but at the bar it is great. You can sit outside when you eat.The rooms are spacious, we were in room 4113, which is not in the main bulding, but it was ok. The main problem is that in the room there is this smell like damp, this was the only thing that bothered us. We couldn't have it opened, because it was on the ground floor and anyone could get into it. So it's better to take the room with a balcony.   12 Golfers and 1 non golfer just spent a week at this hotel which was a pleasant experience, the staff are all really friendly and helpful the food was excellent with plenty of choice had 1 a la carte at the Italian restaurant which was excellent (15 euro/head)Rooms very clean a bit quirky with a set of stairs down to the bathroom, not too good if you overindulge in the AI drinks which are very good, there is a safe in the room which is free and plenty of wardrobe spacePools are good but would have been nice if 1 of them was Adult only, beach is great with plenty of beds and a lovely beach bar Overall a nice hotel would definitely return merih pastutmaz, Müşteri Hizmetleri / Ön Büro at Limak Arcadia Sport Resort Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for sharing your kind feedback following your recent stay with us.   Absolute Gem of a Hotel, Book it NOW

  What can I say, this hotel exceeded expectations. It is absolutely wonderful, family friendly, clean, tidy, plenty to do. We travelled as a family of 5 with an 11, 10 & 5 year old. Loads of activities for them to do, the children’s club and mini disco was great. The entertainment is incredible and so much effort has gone into the performances. The hotel itself is spacious, has nice garden areas, a great relaxing but fun atmosphere. The food was fantastic with huge variety, something for everyone.
