Located 700 m from the nearest pebble/ sand beach, this hotel lies amidst wonderful lush gardens just 5 km from the cities of Side and Manavgat, which may easily be reached in just a few minutes by making use of the minibus service (Dolmus bus). It is some 70 km to Antalya airport.

Facility

The hotel has 6 suites, 20 single rooms and 204 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Extra comforts include a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The hotel has family rooms and 230 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes cycling/mountain biking, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, archery and fishing. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis and horse riding. With snorkelling or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, darts, aerobics and handball or, for a fee, billiards and bowling. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a beauty salon. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch and dinner). Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Linda beach hotel is a great place to stay, a nice place to stay for the family, the food is great and the persons working here are super friendly. We loved it here

    As 1st; Animation was TOP!! Really fantastic!!Just got home from a nice holiday but...Linda Resort hotel should mention that if you come before May 1st they are not 100% ready for the season!! The slides were actually not supposed to open until May 1st; due to whining and complaints from other hotel guests, this finally opened 2x an hour every day!! You also saw clearly towards May 1 that the assortment in the restaurant became 'wider'!Regularly tried a cocktail at the pool bar in the afternoon where the person who was there had to see what had to be in it; they were therefore often Not to drink!There were large groups of teenagers; who were running down the hallway screaming and screaming in the middle of the night! Have called the reception about this but wonder if this has been picked up!Paying for WiFi and a safe (not deposit) is no longer of this time, especially not for a 5 star hotel!!Friendly staff; waiters in the restaurant work very hard! Room was often neatly clean; rooms a bit dated! In addition, I don't think it's okay that when you leave your room the hall smells of smoke because the maids are pausing and then smoking a cigarette at the end of the hall!In short; had a great holiday but whether this is worthy of 5 stars......     Too many cats and extra charges

    Came for the new year , hotel clean and staff friendly, no signage or information in English …. Tried to use google translate but needed WiFi , and despite advertising IT IS NOT FREE ! It costs 8euro per week per device and is useful to find out meal and bar times . The hotel is full of wild cats which we felt was unhygienic when they were allowed to walk over tables and chairs in the food hall . There is a nice sandy beach a short walk away . Went on an excursion which was called the mix tour which was good although the animals in the zoo were poorly looked after, at every opportunity on the tour we were charged extra for everything.
