    Went for a weeks stay here. From when we arrived at 9.30 at night till our last night the staff were amazing. We were given a room at the front off the hotel which is on quite a busy road and I am a very light sleeper so ask if it would be possible to move rooms . They said they would do their best . By 12 o'clock next day we had another room at the back off the hotel. The service was amazing. The staff are amazing and make the hotel. The rooms are a really good size as well . Also the food is really good to . We definitely recommend this hotel

    We have just returned from a week’s stay at Melissa Garden, and what an amazing time we had.The family-run hotel is centrally located for going to the harbour, beach, and shops.From the moment we checked in until the time we left, the staff were most welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. They made our stay fantastic.The rooms are clean and spacious, and the maid (sorry I didn’t get her name, but a lovely young lady) came round every day to us even though we had booked self-catering. TBH food was so reasonable we ate out.There are two pools. We tended to stay around the back pool as it was quieter, but of an evening you can sit around the main pool for dinner and drinks.The guys at the pool bar, restaurant, and entertainment do an absolutely incredible job to make sure you can relax and enjoy your holiday to the fullest – Yaz, Ahmet, Mustafa, Amir, Walid, and the rest of the team (sorry again I don’t remember every name) – thank you.The food was lovely. I definitely recommend the garlic mushrooms, casserole, and the steak. One of our group is gluten intolerant, and they made sure they cooked her food choice so she could enjoy it without worry.The beer, drinks deals, and happy hour offer good value for money.After dinner, you can enjoy the evening entertainment: traditional dancing, karaoke, bingo, quiz night, and they even had a foam party!As guests at the hotel, you get a discount, and also extra if you pay cash – euros seem to be widely accepted in the area.The staff also organised our day trips for a much better rate than those on the strip – the jeep safari was so much fun.As a group, we have been travelling together every year to different places for over 10 years, and this holiday is the only one where we all said, “let’s come back again next year.”If you are looking for a family-friendly, welcoming place to stay, then this is it. Not only do the staff make you feel welcome, but everyone staying there becomes part of the village.The only downside is there is no lift. This wasn’t a problem for us, and the team carried our cases up and down, but if you have mobility issues, I’d suggest requesting a lower-level apartment.Thank you, and see you again next year.

    Yaz, Mustapha and all the staff were amazing and took pride in their jobs. The room was cleaned daily by a wonderful young lady. Food and drinks were a really great price

    From Jonas & Laima 11/05-25/05 room 805.We would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Melisa Garden Hotel in the Side area of Antalya, starting with the guys working in the administration (we don't remember their names, but every single one of them was amazing, helpful, and professional). We are also grateful to the bartenders and waiters—Yaf, Ahmet, Mustafa, Emis, Hoseyin, Berk, and Kasim—who, both at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, took such heartfelt care of us. They approached us many times to check if everything was okay and if we were satisfied. Their attentiveness, care, and warmth created an unforgettable experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the endless cleanliness in the rooms; the cleaners were very thorough and the rooms were cleaned every day, and the bar worked perfectly. In the courtyard of Melisa Garden, there are excellent, professional masseuses, a very pleasant atmosphere, and pleasant, subtle service. Also, there is a long-term makeup and tattoo artist who works very responsibly and beautifully. However, the only drawback was the poorly working or completely non-functioning Wi-Fi.

    We've stayed here many times over years but this time was exceptional dunno what it was but it felt different the lads running the place are beyond brilliant nothing was too much trouble even new staff soon cottoned on to me big thanks to Yaz ,Ahmet,Mustafa,Emerson, rosat (think I spelt it right)plus Mert on reception not to forget Barish the new chef (again not sure if i spelt it right) everything was perfect this place as been upgraded (still ongoing) but I cant fault anything we'll definitely be back anyone giving a bad review definitely need a headshake we saw cleaners cleaning round pool,flowerbeds restaurant at 7ish in morning room was cleaned most days (she needed a day off lol) never got her name but she was outstanding you arrive as guests but leave as family Denis ,Mau, and there Dad thank you keep this years staff there the best We've encountered (so far lol)
