The hotel is located across the road from Alanya's beach. Public transport runs close by the hotel and there are some shops, cafes and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Antalya Airport is approximately 120 km away.

    This hotel is so good . The meals always delicious and fresh we just loved it. Also beach is so near by this hotel. Location is so good so close the city center . The staff are so helpful and receotion staff are the best speaclly Fatima we'll really miss this hotel and the staff . We definitly coming again . Thank you for everything. ☺️

    We went all inclusive. The bar closed at stupid times. The staff behind the bar leaving people waiting while they smoked or sat on their phones. Or being told to wait an hour for an alcoholic beverage. Food was the same every single night and what didn’t get eaten the night before was served the day after. Having to eat out most nights it was that bad. Staff were arrogant constantly. Charged £40 for WiFi and then charged for air conditioning. Key cards constantly stopped working only then for us to be charged €5 for new cards. 10 day stay and one night of entertainment which was in the main dining hall for half an hour. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in MESUT HOTEL, Genel Müdür at Mesut Hotel, responded to this review Hotel concept bars have fixed opening and closing hours. Our staff does not keep people waiting; queues at the bars are due to the hotel being full and busy. Our meals are not the same; we have a fourteen-day open buffet menu with different dishes each day. The fee you paid for Wi-Fi is normal because Wi-Fi is an extra charge. There is no charge for air conditioning; it is free as stated in the concept. There is no charge for new room cards. The comments you have written are false, untrue, and unacceptable to our hotel.     This has got to be the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The food is terrible not much choice. The staff are all sad/miserable except for the reception staff who go above and beyond for you. The lift kept constantly breaking down. My husband is disabled and had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs which was a massive strain on his heart. The bar was located on the 1st floor at the pool so not really ideal. The rooms are clean and small with tea/coffee making facilities but the shower was cold for the entire week. You can hire towels for the pool but have to walk down the street to the Spa to get them. There is a bar in the evening but again you have to go out of the hotel and walk a short distance round to get to it. I have stayed in numerous hotels in Turkey 🇹🇷 but this was not a nice experience. Overall the area was beautiful with bars and restaurants close by but this hotel seriously needs a massive upgrade.
