    Great atmosphere, chill vibes and great food. The rooms were nice and clean and the whole hotel is very well managed. The animation team are very friendly and get everyone involved in activities

    Hotel is on point. Staff are capable and friendly, chefs and serving staff serve the best food I’ve had from an all inclusive. Animation team is enthusiastic and friendly, thank you Gino, Woody, Zoia, Sam. Best holiday ever!

    Excellent hotel and staff. Everything worked exactly as it should. When any problems arose, the staff solved them immediately without delay.Special thanks to the spa department. Really nice facilities and knowledgeable staff. No need to go further out to sea to fish, when the hotel itself has excellent massage and hammam services. The hotel's hair salon and manicure services are also really excellent.

    I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Food was absolutely awful, I had two bad bouts of diarrhoea in 7 days. We were told it was all inclusive, at reception on arrival we were told we had to pay for WiFi that it was not included. We wanted to book the Al-la-cart restaurant for a special birthday meal, but was told it was not available as it was off season, we asked to have a table set up in the main restaurant, which they did and provided table service for us. When the food arrived, both the chicken and the fish was undercooked almost raw 😔 Iv never had such a bad experience on holiday as I did on this one, definitely not one to be recommended
