    I have stayed in this hotel many times. Staff is friendly. Rooms are big with separate bedroom and livingroom. Everything is nice and clean. Location of the hotel is great. I dont have anything bad to say about this hotel, i would recommend this 100%

    Paid half board. You had to pay extra for English breakfast. They were no cereal options it was just Turkish breakfast that was it. Evening meal was poor, there were no dessert options and no potato or vegetables came with your main meal. We ordered salmon one evening , that's all that came and it was full of bones. We sent it back and went to the restaurant across the road. We ordered pizza one night and asked for chips and they said no, that's two meals! At evening meal my wife had a soft drink while I had a beer. We were not told drinks weren't included, until checkout when they produced an extra bill for drinks and toast we'd had during breakfast & evening meal. Terrible service!

    Hotel was located nice smaller street. Rooms were tidy and big enough for 3 persons. Kitchen equipment was good. Pool area was really spacious enough for hotel. Personel at hotel were all great, kind and professional. Highly recommended and will go there again. Thank you for having us! 😊

    Stayed for 2 weeks lovely clean hotel 10/10 food was good too an the staff was excellent an professional service always overall good hotel would recommend this 👌👌 an I would stay here next year most definitely good for families

    -I was moved 4 times during my stay.-The hotel did not inform me, who actually had booked the apartment, when changes occurred.-Olga, the hotel manager, was trying to blame guests/other business partners for misunderstandings, and also trying to avoid talking to us.- Was moved to the Comfort Suite where everything was fine. Was offered continus stay there at 8pm on October 23, but as my friend already was on her flight and had booked transport to MHA this was not an option, and I have packed up all my food and luggage for the 3rd time. Aditionally, we had an offer to sleep in a double bed in a double room - not an apartment, which had been booked and confirmed by Olga in April 2019.-We were moved to neighbor hotel (Le Moral) for 5 nights. Rude staff. Inadequate cleaning. Bad mattresses. Ants in the kitchen (yes, we had all the food in the fridge and washed dished after all meals). They did not emty the trash there.-Moved to My Home Apart on Monday 28th, which was ok, but the beds were horrible like concrete. We left 2 weeks earlier than booked, had to pay full price for this horrible experience.-Cashier demanded cash settlement on check-out, despite the fact that MHA accepts Visa and Mastercard. Really, who runs around with big amounts of EUR i cash? The cashier insisted on taking us to closest ATM to withdraw cash. We still insisted on paying with card. We certainly do not encourage tax evasion. Avoid this place!
