    Very good hotel.. Food and cleaning is good.. Distance to the sea is less than many hotels at seaside.. Beach is perfect.. Front desk managers are good and polite people.. Animantion shows are very good.. The barmen at the beach was not a good personality guy but he did his job well.. We stayed at the end of october 2018..

    Our stay was for a week. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel, although the rest was seriously lacking. The beach was filthy and cramped and the service in the hotel was disturbingly lacking. Only Russian guests are welcome, the staff doesn’t speak any other languages, not even English. Staff was very rude, ignored us and the icing on the cake was when we were leaving the hotel and hotel staff of the name Eldar Hagizade came unprovoked to us and clapped his hands and exclaimed in joy of our departure, he then continued screaming at us during our coffee time at the lobby. Reception and other staff were unhelpful and did nothing about it. I have been tomany hotels but never have I experienced something of this nature. Being unprovokingly rude to guests, screaming and pointing at us has ruined our holiday experience. I definitely do not recommend to guests other than Russian nationality. Never again am I coming to this hotel.

    The Hotel exceeded expectation of a 4 star hotel. The Hotel will be 5 star next year. We were more than happy with the food, with enough choice for all nationalities. The staff made our holiday really special. The waiters, bar staff and entertainment team were all so friendly and welcoming. From day 1 we treated all staff with respect as they truly deserve this from everyone. They returned our respect and friendliness by really going out of their way to make our holiday special. We cannot thank them enough. The only downside was leaving some really good friends we made in the staff while we were there. We would recommend My Home Sky to anyone.
