  Absolutely disgusting. we arrived at 2am and were tired so didn't take a lot of notice of the place until the morning. when we got up several hours later we were horrified at what we found. the shower was full of black mould. i went straight to reception to be asked to be moved, they said all the showers were the same, we where told that we would be charged to move. i contacted my daughter in England to contact Love holiday.The Food was awful and cool. Behind the bar area the tiles were broken and swimming in beer that stunk, the soft drinks machine had no cover and was filthy. the outside dining area was also filthy. even though we had paid for all inclusive we had to eat out.When we booked there was a pool advertised which did not exist. the pool was at a sister hotel that we had to get a bus to. we were allowed to drink there but not eat.The beach was no better, the sun loungers were dirty and ripped. the sand was covered in cigarette butts from the days before.On the Monday we were told they would move us, we only had one day left so what was the point.this is the worst place i have ever been to. Turkey is beautiful and i will be back next year but STAY AWAY for this place

  Most Awful Hotel.

  My wife and I took a holiday on August 2024 and I was the worse one we had experienced. The hotel was awful not even 1 star one. Located in a low class part of the town. The room was grimy and full of wasps, flies and even lice on the bed. Air conditioner was badly damaged and worked really slow. The food was awful and greasy. The restaurant was incredibly dirty, dirty stray cats were running around and flies all over the place on food, plates, forks and spoons. The WiFi was not free unlike what it was saying on the website. My wife and I several times stung by wasps and lice. Avoid this hotel if you value your money and time. Several families had the similar problems and left immediately. To verify authenticity of my statement I’m leaving my holiday reference: LOV8556901.

  I will recollect our family staying with sentiment. The hotel is perfect settled, the area with beatiful views is irreplacable. The food is variable, fresh and tasty. The hotel staff is very friendly for the tourists. The photographer and animation team make lots of effort to make the staying even more nice and interesting. Special greetings from us to Rapunzel!   Booked this. Got there. Left. Seriously, look for another hotel. Food is awful (unless you like spring onions for breakfast). I'm not a fussy eater but really struggled here to find something edible. Room was less than basic. Cold and dark and backing onto the kitchen of the restaurant next door that started cooking (and banging) at around 5am. The chap in the hut next door had an aversion to using his toilet and just peed on the verandah...yuck. Luke warm shower. Doors that dont shut and a TV from 1972. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.
