Meals

Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will satisfy appetites big and small. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We visited Turkey for the first time and couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel. Noxin Deluxe is truly a worthy place with high-quality service. The Italian restaurant was a bright, pleasant addition to our overall delightful vacation. I'd especially like to mention our waiter, Abdulah, for his personal attention to each guest. We are very pleased and grateful. We will definitely repeat this Turkish fairytale experience at this wonderful place! We highly recommend it!

    We had a great stay with brilliant facilities and excellent food. All the staff were very welcoming, but a special mention to Enver, who really looked after us throughout our holiday.     Terrible hotel! Far below the 5-star standard that was advertised when we made our booking. Our experience felt more like staying in a 3-star property and we were left very disappointed.When we arrived, the first room we were given had a squeaky bed and the shower had no light. We requested to change rooms, but the second room had the same issues, which made our stay uncomfortable right from the start.We had also just missed the food service time upon arrival after a long flight and transfer to the hotel. Even though we had booked an all-inclusive package, we were not offered any food and had to eat at a restaurant outside the hotel. This was very disappointing given that we had paid for all-inclusive service.On the second evening, we came down for dinner at 8:05 PM and were told that the restaurant was closed. This was unacceptable, as we had taken a photo of the restaurant opening times when we checked in and had not been told that the times had changed overnight. When we explained that we were hungry, the receptionist replied, “I’m hungry too,” which was an extremely unprofessional and inappropriate response.We were eventually given a small meal consisting of plain chicken, a slice of potato pizza, and a mini cold stuffed pepper. This was not the quality or service we expected from a 5-star hotel. Throughout our stay, no one offered drink service, and overall the staff service was very poor.There was also no management available at any point to raise our concerns with, and most of the staff spoke very little English, which made it very difficult to communicate or resolve any of the issues we faced. This lack of support and understanding made the experience even more frustrating.Because of these problems, we decided to leave early and move to another hotel. When we informed reception that we would be making a complaint, we were simply met with a nod and no further response or apology.Overall, our experience was completely unacceptable and did not reflect the standards of a 5-star hotel. Outside of main restaurant hours, alternative food options are consistently available. The statement that no food was offered upon arrival or during the evening does not align with our service flow or operational records.With regard to the restaurant closing time, our dining hours do not change overnight, and guests are informed in advance of all service times. Any exception service offered outside these hours is provided as a courtesy, not an obligation. The meal you mentioned was offered as a goodwill gesture, despite being outside standard service hours.We also strongly reject the claim of unprofessional conduct by our reception team. Our staff are trained to maintain respectful and professional communication at all times. Such behavior is taken very seriously, and no formal complaint or request for management intervention was logged during your stay.Regarding language proficiency, our front office and guest relations teams include English-speaking staff on every shift. Additionally, management is present on-site daily and available to guests through reception upon request.Finally, when guests choose to depart early, our team follows standard procedure and documents the decision accordingly.
