  had booking with this hotel April-May 2026 … was assured at time of booking that any onsite construction work would not affect public areas.As of 15th April, i have directly spoken to Hotel, who confirm all bookings for April and early May have been cancelled … excuse “construction work”.They now have a provisional opening date 15th May (with construction work still in background)Id recommend booking else where till construction work complete. burak salih kutluca, Müşteri Hizmetleri / Ön Büro at Numa Bay Exclusive, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback and understanding regarding the adjustment of our opening.To ensure all facilities meet our standards, we postponed the opening.   Excellent, forget the negativity

  Top hotel for the money. This was our 25th anniversary and we are loving every moment. Clean, tidy and friendly. Good food, clean pools, nice drinks, private beach. Those who complain have nothing better to do as the staff work hard to keep the place nice and fresh. It don't help when people purposely do things like leave plates on a bin next to the lift, just pure lazy. The bedroom maid was friendly. The Turkish bath brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.   Lovely hotel and super staff.

  We stayed here from 5th to 12th October to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. This was our first holiday to Turkey. It was a late flight and our arrival time was 10pm, and with a two hour transfer time, we thought we would be going to bed with empty stomachs, but how wonderful to find out when we booked in at the hotel that a buffet was laid on in the corner of the dining room for late arrivals, so a bite to eat and a drink at the 24 hour lobby bar was very welcome. The room was spacious and very clean, with a fantastic sea view from the balcony. It also had a hanging rail in the wardrobe which was high enough to take long dresses, which isn't always the case these days. We found the quick route to the 'adults only' pool which was lovely, and we met some nice people to talk to around the pool. There were always sunbeds available, although some people still put their towels on the sunbeds early in the morning!My husband is very staid with his food, English cooked dinners or anything with chips, but he still found something to satisfy him each day. The cocktails were great, and good service at all the bars, didn't have long queues either.The shows were good, but with it being October, it was a bit nippy sitting at the outdoor stage. If we had researched the temperatures more before we went we would have taken a light jacket or fluffy cardigan to pop on for the shows. I was disappointed that the karaoke wasn't on during the week we were there.The staff were absolutely wonderful, but a special word for Elif who befriended us and was so helpful and chatty too, such a lovely girl. Martin was very friendly, so was Dean. Eray and Victor looked after us particularly well at the Lobby bar, and Haken, the night manager, was very friendly and chatty too. All of these members of staff made our holiday great.   Excellent stay, couple of improvements needed

  Food - Good variety in main buffet, themed dinners every night. Excellent snack choices throughout the day.Drink - Plenty of bars, queues never more than 5mins. Cocktails were slightly poor but beer and spirits were great. Rooms - we stayed in the main block, 2nd floor facing an empty space and another hotel in the distance. No issues with noise from our hotel or guests, music stopped at 11pm. Rooms were modern and cleaned daily, sheets changed multiple times. Cleaner was very friendly! Entertainment - Daily entertainment both at the pool during the day and at the stage at night. Main shows were at the stage, good fun and ended around 9pm. This is usually when kids went back into hotel and the beach bar down the bottom had further entertainment e.g bingo, karaoke, live bands etc. This was where we were most nights and it was lovely! Overall a great stay but a few improvements to be made regarding the à la carte. We booked to have dinner at the sea front restaurant and although notifying the hotel of my partners nut allergy, we were told we would not be able to dine there. This was changed by Dean who said he had spoken to the chefs, but on arrival there were dishes with nuts on them. Lack of communication. Drink quality could be slightly better, but overall a great holiday and would recommend to both families and couplesImprovements made to the hotel this year look excellent and I would absolutely recommend this hotel, as it was great before!   We Will See You Again.

  We stayed here in October and absolutely loved it. It is a large, spacious, modern hotel, staff are very welcoming and friendly, guest reservation department with Diana,Renata and Dean are very proactive in making your stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurants and the extensive variations of the menus were excellent, there was good alternatives for healthy eating too.The bars have a large selection of International beers / spirits / cocktails on hand, all the bar staff although very busy were very friendly. Room was spacious and very clean, are made every day with fresh linen, our maid was excellent, most days she would surprise us by making a swan / elephant with petals.Overall we were very pleased with everything, so much so we have rebooked to go back on the opening day in April 26.
