  The biggest con in Antalya… will ruin ur holiday experience

  Worst hotel ever…. The pool is closed but they advertise it as open… which is a con as charging people extortionate prices…. Also pool is not part of hotel…. To even sit poolside not to swim the manager will harrass you to the point they expect you to buy drinks in a hotel you have already paid for.. the staff have no respect… they do not care… they are out to rob ur money… and give nothing in return… please save your money and the hassle of having ur holiday ruined by money hungry staff pick somewhere else…. Also there is with cold water or piping hot in the shower no inbetween… making it impossible to shower…. It’s nothing like the pictures, avoid at all costs

  Not the best not the worst

  Best thing about the hotel is the pool it’s really big!Inside the hotel is nice and evening receptionist is very helpful. Air con is great.We asked for a pool view and was given it which was nice.Room was not very clean when we arrived and balcony is very small. We were advised rooms were to be cleaned every 3 days. Room was not cleaned whilst we were there. Bedding was changed once and had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll. This was a bit disappointing. Pool bar is expensive. Paid £25 for 2 cocktails! We spent quite a bit of money there, one morning we lay on the sunbeds on the side of the pool where the bar is. Barman asked us to move and said we could not lie there if we are drinking/eating “outside” food or drink. We only had a bottle of water that we brought down from the room so we had to move to the other side unless we bought water from them. This was really disappointing! Bed is very uncomfortable.Taxis are great. There are two shops within a few minutes walk which is handy.Overall, we loved the pool so had a nice time.

  Do not book this hotel, so wish we had looked at the reviews. Booked with booking .com . Pictures great , massive list of amenities, no mention in reservation listing on the fact there are zero amenities, the rooms were tired and shabby which we could have managed , the air conditioning was broken, other than reception there was no access to anything unless you pay extra for a massage / hamman. There were bins full of takeaway boxes all over the site, we checked in at almost 11:30pm so we're not aware of any of this. Paid onsite in full . The following day we saw the mass of issues . Spoke with manager regarding aircon and told it would be looked at, upon our return later that afternoon, there was changes, we made the decision to leave , spoke with manager who was sort of ok, and agreed a refund for the remainder of the stay, she then refused to do it until the previous payment cleared and they could issue the refund then, repeatedly messaged and emailed which were eventually just ignored , No refund issued to date, spoke with booking . Com also look on getting back to us, I will be obtaining a refund from credit card company regardless , DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

  When checking in the the gentleman at reception was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, insightful. The following day all went down hill rapidly. The room images gave off a false representation, not including the long list of things broken & even worse that we weren’t allowed to have the shutter open in the living room if you can call it this. That room remained dark the entire week with no access to the balcony on the otherside and the female passive aggressive manager gave no valid reason for this but told me she will refund my stay and I can look else where. I also met a second man that night on the reception who was unhelpful, who lied regarding the internet wifi ability to connect to multiple devices, and was incredibly unhelpful and refused to give his name so when I took a picture of him he became highly aggressive and threatened to smash my phone if I didn’t delete the image… as you can see they value there customers who keep them in business and pay there salary. • Kettle was broken• Hair dryer kept shorting• Floor was dusty & dirty• Broken toilet seat• Short holder broken• Shower sliding door unstable• Broken Draws• Broken Curtain Rail• Stale Food Behind the BedAmongst other things

  What an absolutely beautiful hotel and apartment facility. We loved it the moment we walked into the 2 bedroom apartments. The outside pool area is stunning. The hotel is well located and has everything you need within walking distance, like a supermarket for self-catering. I will absolutely recommend this hotel a hundred percent to group travellers.
