Location

This hotel enjoys a central location, 200 m from the harbour. As well as other sights of interest, Konyaalti Beach Park and a museum are to be found nearby. It is just a short distance to links to the public transport network and a diverse selection of shopping venues, restaurants, bars, cafés and many more entertainment venues may be found in the immediate vicinity. It is just a short distance to the nearest nightclub (150 m away). The beautiful turquoise blue sea is about 500 m away. The international airport lies about 15 km away.

Facility

42 non-smoking rooms, including 12 single rooms, are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and 5 auxiliary buildings. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Rooms

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them.     I have never experienced a hotel with so many strict rules and a manager as harsh and unwelcoming as this one. You don’t feel wanted there at all, and the atmosphere is anything but inviting.Guests are not allowed to bring food or drinks inside, and if you make the slightest noise, the owner angrily bangs on the wall from the room next door. Surprisingly, this “rule” about noise is not even listed among the many restrictions, but it certainly should be. With so many rules, he should at least make them clear on the website before people book, so guests know what they are walking into.He also cancels bookings so you’re forced to pay on-site, preventing proper online reviews. On top of that, he responds to criticism with aggression instead of improving. Just look at his replies to other negative reviews.By far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

    Staff/owner kept flirting with friend which made her uncomfortable. They charged us 70 euros because we got a little bit of washable tan on a couple of towels, an obvious scam. We caught the cleaner taking a video of our room as well. The only good thing is the location.

    Really nice host location is amazing and all round a perfect stay for family or friends. Stay is very good and the hotel has an amazing atmosphere, would definatley recommend to anyone who wants a nice relaxing stay with a lot of fun

    FALSE ADVERTISING, NOISE ISSUES, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – AVOID THIS HOTEL

    I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel during my recent stay. The room I was given did not match the description on the listing, which clearly stated that it included a balcony, terrace, garden view, and pool view – none of these features were present. Instead, I was given a noisy street-facing room, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably.When I raised these concerns with the hotel early the next morning, hoping to be moved to a room that matched what I had booked, I was told no alternative rooms were available. As a result, I was forced to seek quieter, more suitable accommodation. However, after I had already checked out, the hotel claimed that a pool view room was suddenly available. Adding to the frustration, that same morning, I discovered that the hotel had cancelled my original booking and, without my knowledge, taken £397 from my account, despite the cancellation notice. This level of dishonesty and lack of appropriate response is unacceptable.Despite their refusal to offer a refund, I was able to escalate this issue with Booking.com, who confirmed that the hotel should never have taken payment and issued a refund on my behalf. The hotel’s unwillingness to address the situation or provide an adequate solution shows a lack of professionalism and customer care.I would not recommend staying here. The misleading advertisements, poor communication, and refusal to provide a refund make this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

    Nice friendly hotel close to the old city and harbour. Well situated. Went in March so not vety busy. Close to shops and lots of restuarants and bars. Serves breakfast by the pool each morning. Room cleaned well every day.
