  Nice hotel with beautiful location. Quality of service varied, and room cleaning didn't meet the expectations. But there were two persons whose services were excellent, Yunus in reception and Armani in snack bar. Five stars to both of them.

  An excellent hotel! The food and service were at the highest level; the staff truly goes above and beyond to take care of their guests. We also loved the entertainment and the variety of activities throughout the day. It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth every penny.   🌴 Oz Hotels İncekum Beach Resort – A Fantastic Easter Getaway with Great Food & Friendly StaffWe stayed at Oz Hotels Incekum Beach Resort during the first week of April over Easter, and overall, we had a really enjoyable holiday. 4 adults and 2 teen children.☀️ Weather & TimingThe weather was lovely—warm enough to relax and enjoy the beach without being unbearingly hot. We were able to swim both in the sea and the pool, which was a pleasant surprise for early April. If you prefer milder temperatures rather than peak summer heat, this is a perfect time to visit.🏨 Hotel & RoomsThe hotel itself is slightly dated in places, but it’s clean, well-maintained, and set in beautiful surroundings. The layout is quite unique, with rooms arranged in small clusters rather than one large building, which gives it a more relaxed, village-like feel.We stayed in Block 5 on the ground floor, while our friends stayed on the third floor in the same block, both rooms were comfortable, clean, and we had no issues at all.👏 Staff & ServiceThe standout feature of this hotel is the staff. Every single team member, from reception to housekeeping, maintenance, and bar staff, was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.A special mention to:Yunas & Halil (Reception)Sharif, Sri & Hakeem (Spa team)Sri gave an incredible deep tissue massage, and Hakeem gave my husband the same, both were excellent. We also tried a traditional Turkish bath, which is definitely worth experiencing if you’ve never done it before.🍽️ Food & DiningThe food was consistently amazing throughout our 7-day stay. There was plenty of variety, and something available almost all day, even late at night, and the quality never dropped.The barbecue stations were a highlight, we’d highly recommend trying them whenever they’re available.🎢 ExcursionsWe went on a fun excursion that included a mountain jeep trip and a visit to a zoo. It was a fantastic experience, especially the “water gun bus wars,” which the kids absolutely loved (and brought out the inner child in us adults too!).Our only suggestion would be to allow more time at the zoo, as this was the highlight for many children.🛍️ Shopping Tips (Very Important!)Many reviews say there’s nothing nearby, but this isn’t true, we discovered (a bit too late!) that there are shopping areas and a market less than 10 minutes away on either side of the hotel.A taxi from reception costs around £10 and is well worth itYou can find great bargains at the local market⚠️ Important tip: Avoid the “free taxi” shopping trips.These take you to expensive shops where prices are much higher, we learned this the hard way, spending £300 on fewer than 6 items that would have been much cheaper at the local market.If you’re confident, head to the market and negotiate, you’ll get far better deals.💱 Also, using Euros can sometimes give you better bargaining power than Turkish Lira, as exchange rates in shops can be inflated.✈️ FlightsWe flew with Corendon Airlines and had a good experience. The seats were slightly smaller than we’re used to, but the staff were friendly and helpful, we would happily fly with them again.⭐ Overall Rating: 4.5/5A wonderful holiday with great food, excellent staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. A few small tips (especially around shopping) would have made it perfect, but we would absolutely return and recommend it to others.   It is our last night tonight as I am writing this and wow what a wonderful hotel this is. Check in we was greeted by staff who explained everything about the hotel they informed us if we are hungry or need a drink to go down to the restaurant and there will be snacks, we had a our bags taken to our room by a lovely young man, he showed us how to use the air con. This hotel is amazing and it is the best holiday we have been on, all the staff including the cleaners work so hard and deserve praise. We have only eaten out once, the food in this hotel is very good, there is plenty to choose from and it is always fresh. The entertainment on a night is brilliant, the staff put a lot of effort into making the holiday makers happy. We will be definitely coming back with family and friends, I cannot thank you enough for our lovely holiday..   Family A Beach Resort Stuck in a Time Capsule – Bring Imodium, Not Expectations

  Stayed: 24.08 – 02.09Room: Standard (upgraded for €20/day – worth it!)Let’s start with the positives:The staff were friendly and helpful.The beach was nice.The Efes beer? Cold, refreshing, and quite possibly the only cocktail that didn't make us cry.The coffee bar was a hidden gem – genuinely great coffee, a small win in a sea of sugary sadness.Upgrading to a bigger room for €20/day gave us an extra bedroom – bargain and totally worth it.Now for the... “retro charm” of the place.The hotel was clean, but let’s just say it’s seen better decades. The room door looked like it had survived a zombie apocalypse – peeling, misaligned, and with enough gaps around the frame to start a wind tunnel. Inside the bathroom? There was a hanger once, we think. We saw the mark it left behind.Pool towels were meant to be yellow. Technically they still were – ranging from "bright duckling" to "sad dishwater". A rainbow of regret.The gym was... well, more of a warm box with weights. Technically, it had free weights and machines. It also had no functioning air conditioning, so consider it hot yoga with dumbbells.Speaking of air conditioning, the one in the room worked great (hallelujah!). The lobby? Not so much. They switched it on like it was a rare Pokémon – only appearing for a few hours a day. Meanwhile, outside was 40°C+.Now, the drinks. Where to begin? The only thing consistent about them was how awful they were. We ordered four White Russians from the same bartender at the same time – every single one was different. One was mostly milk, one was mostly vodka, one might’ve been a mystery smoothie. A simple Cuba Libre tasted like flat cola and regret. Even our sweet-drink-loving friend couldn’t finish hers – and that never happens.Pool bar? Same tragic drinks… and no beer at all, which felt like a missed opportunity in 40-degree heat.Evening entertainment – not bad. Aqua aerobics had variety, but good luck grabbing a pool noodle – there were about five for the entire resort.Food – decent variety if you show up early. Dinner runs for two hours, but after the first hour it’s a “leftovers buffet”. And when something runs out? It usually stays out. Snack bars are a gamble – closing early and often missing basics. The “hamburgers” were more like “meat-flavored disappointment”.Location-wise, there's nothing nearby, unless you count a nice walk to nowhere. You’ll need a taxi (about €13 one-way) to hit the local bazaar.And finally, the real kicker:Out of six of us, five had severe stomach issues, including diarrhea that lasted for several days. So yes – bring Imodium. Lots of it.Verdict:If you're just after a beach, a decent room (upgrade it!), and cold beer – this place delivers… as long as you don't expect the beer at the pool bar. But if you care about good cocktails, modern facilities, reliable food hygiene, or functioning air conditioning everywhere... maybe look elsewhere. It’s not the worst, but it’s definitely not worth the price.
