Location

This hotel is located just across the promenade from the nearest beach and just 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Within 500 m of the hotel guests will find a park, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and various shopping venues. Moonlight Park in Kemer is to be found close by and it is 1 km to the bus station as well as 65 km to Antalya airport, taking around an hour by public transport.

Facility

271 rooms and 15 suites are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service on request, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A refrigerator and a mini fridge are standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Sport

Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes cycling/mountain biking and beach volleyball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis and archery. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis and darts or, for a fee, billiards, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. All-inclusive can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. The hotel also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    We are currently staying at the hotel, and I have to say that the service is completely disappointing. The hotel itself has been renovated and looks nice – the rooms, the lobby, the overall appearance. Two pools are functional and they’re okay. However, part of the hotel is not renovated, and the pool with a few slides is also out of service. That’s the area where they hold the show time and mini disco in the evening.We were in Turkey last year and I was amazed by the service in that hotel, but this one is honestly a disgrace. I’ve never complained about food in any hotel before, and I used to be surprised when people gave negative reviews about it – but here, it’s literally a 2 out of 10. The food is tasteless, mostly boiled vegetables with different sauces, and always the same type of fish. Most of the time the food trays are empty, and you’re left waiting. Once in a few days you might find some meat – if you’re lucky enough to get it – because they ration it, and they don’t prepare more until the previous trays are completely empty, even if guests are waiting in line. Dinner starts at 7, and by 8 there’s nothing left, and the staff are unwilling to prepare more.We even had to wait in line for over 30 minutes just for someone to approve cooking some pasta. Meat basically doesn’t exist here – if there is any, it’s one type and that’s it. Out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed in, this is the first time I feel the need to complain about food, because there is literally no choice. You’re forced to eat whatever is left over, and that seems to be the whole point. They leave out fish and potatoes, and that’s it.     This hotel has been newly renovated, so everything feels fresh and modern! It’s classy, clean, and beautifully maintained. We left another resort we weren’t happy with, and the difference here was incredible. The front desk staff was friendly and polite. Both pools were spotless, with comfortable lounge chairs and a poolside bar. The food was delicious, and the music by the pool added to the fun vibe.Our room had a lovely view of the pool and ocean, and the beach was just a 2-minute walk away—soft, sandy, and free of rocks! Unlike our previous hotel, the staff here wasn’t pushy about excursions or on-site massages, which made our stay much more relaxing. The housekeeping staff was so sweet, and I loved the thoughtful touch of the light outside the room, indicating whether you were sleeping or ready for cleaning (photo attached).There were quite a few kids, but luckily, the two pools seemed to be divided—one for families and another with a quieter, more adult-friendly atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience!     I want to say tnk for hotel and animation. We was here 5 time.but thise time every change. Foot and drink. Rooms super .everything new.we had sok.Julia and Arina every time help for everyone.
