Location

The hotel is located on a long stretch of sandy beach in the Kumköy area, approximately 3 km from the centre of Side. Local amenities such as restaurants and shopping venues are available within 500 m or so of the hotel and public transport runs regularly from the main road. Various bars and pubs may be found around 3 km from the hotel. Antalya Airport is approximately 65 km from the establishment.

Facility

The resort welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with a lift and 362 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony with a partial sea view is included in most units and encourages guests to linger a while. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds and children's beds are available at no extra charge upon request. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a trouser press. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. For guests who wish to keep active, bocce and beach volleyball are available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as motorboat rides, canoeing, kayaking, water aerobics, aquafit and parasailing. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, jet skiing, paddle boating and banana boat rides. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon and anti-ageing treatments. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Catering options include all-inclusive and all-inclusive special. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, organic food and halal food can be prepared on request. Baby food is available upon request (free). In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    We stayed for 7 days and it was an amazing experience! The hotel is right next to the beach and others lots of great dance nights aswel as friendly staff and fantastic food! I made friends with the entertainment team darts with Kaan and boules with Yakup.     What a great place. I'm not going to do a long review and go into the finer detail here of what the rooms were like, describe the food, how clean it was etc etc etc - I think I can summarise it quite easily. In short, we have done a hell of a lot of all-inclusive's. These guys, quite simply put, have nailed it. Excellent. So impressed with everything about the hotel, the people, the food, the location - everything. One of those holidays where you look back and say to yourself "OK, what would I change?" When the only answer you have is the weather, then you know you're on to a winner. (And they can't do anything about that!). Saying that, we had sun for about 2/3rds of the time and when we did, it was warm enough for shorts/bikinis only when lounging by the pool. Also, this time of year makes it comfortable to do what you want - I can imagine in the summer months, it would be extremely hot so Easter was perfect.The most detailed I want to get, is the hotel is stunning, picturesque, modern and immaculate. An all-round lovely place to just 'be'. Food is fantastic and the location is great. Entertainment was impressive, considering they did the evening shows indoors when I guess it would usually (in the summer) be at the outdoor stage area, still very enjoyable though with a lot of effort put into it. Very varied and a high level of dance performances. What makes this whole place extra special is the staff. They are all great, so friendly and helpful. Forgive me for not being able to list them all, but some of those who made this trip so memorable - a massive thanks to Mehmet and Mustafa from the Bistro bar (always found me a large beer glass!) - you guys were ace!! So sorry, I can't remember your name but my 'Canim' also at the Bistro bar, thank you - you know who you are! Murat round the pool - I've never had such a frequent pool service of drinks to the sunbed, thank you. I loved your regular updates on your step-count for the day on your fitbit, so funny. Murat in the beach bar - you legend!! Probably shouldn't say this on here, but thank you for the 'after hours' beer after closing your bar at 6pm (I hope I don't land you in trouble for saying so) you're a great guy! Kaan, thank you for the entertainment - you work so hard. At the evening shows etc but great getting to know you at the darts and boules in the daytime. A big thanks to Sultan in the buffet restaurant, always so lovely and always there for us. Necla in the Bistro, thank you so much for putting a smile on my daughters face, with your artwork on her ice-cream (literally a smiling face!) For the best Margaritas we had, Mehmet in the Lounge bar on the 3rd floor - amazing. To the front office manager, Yalcin - we had a chat a few times and it was great to speak with you, thank you for your help when we asked.
