Facility

The 302 rooms have a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. 61 villas/houses offer even more space and comfort. This resort has 4 lifts and a reception desk. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. Film lovers are sure to find just what they're looking for in the cinema's listings. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 14 conference rooms.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A welcome gift awaits guests. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. A telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable night's sleep. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a baby bath. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. 3 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The complex has 18 family rooms, 363 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor area features 6 pools. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities such as tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and basketball or, for a fee, golf, are offered at the resort. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy diving, water aerobics and aquafit. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, darts, yoga, aerobics and pilates or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include an à-la-carte restaurant, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. An à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes (breakfast à la carte). Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. For little guests, baby food is available free of charge. The resort also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    This hotel is perfect for a family vacation. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and there are plenty of activities for both adults and children.     Our stay at Papillon Ayscha was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located with amazing facilities for both families and couples.The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with a huge variety of options every day, and the restaurants and bars were excellent. The entertainment team worked so hard to keep everyone happy and involved, creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere throughout the holiday.The pools, beach area, and rooms were all very well maintained, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and made wonderful memories here.

    We had an amazing stay at Papillon Ayscha and couldn’t be happier with our holiday experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers excellent facilities for all ages.The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The food was outstanding with plenty of fresh and delicious choices every day. We especially loved the pools, private beach, and evening entertainment, which created a great atmosphere throughout our stay.The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the service everywhere in the hotel was excellent.
