Facility

356 non-smoking rooms, including 39 suites and 39 apartments, are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Film lovers are sure to find just what they're looking for in the cinema's listings. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 5 conference rooms.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. For the littlest travellers, children's beds can be provided at no extra charge. The pool complex, which includes 3 outdoor pools and 3 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. The hotel offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and basketball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy golf. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy water aerobics and aquafit. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, darts, yoga, aerobics, pilates and table football. There is a wellness area with a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa, a steam bath and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. Guests can enjoy their meals in the cosy atmosphere of the 12 restaurants, which are equipped with high chairs. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    The hotel is very clean everywhere. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any questions. The cuisine is very varied, including ala-carte restaurants.     We chose Papillon Zeugma Relaxury because it is perfectly suited for families. The outdoor area is spacious, the pools are heated, and everything is conveniently divided into comfortable zones.Activities take place throughout the entire day — archery, darts, and many other games. We would especially like to thank the girls who organized these activities for their energy and enthusiasm. The evening programs are interesting and diverse for both children and adults.The staff throughout the hotel is professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have excellent sound insulation.The restaurant offers a wide variety of food — everything is delicious, fresh, and high quality. The children especially loved the freshly made burgers and pizzas.This was our first time staying at a hotel in Turkey, but this experience has set a very high standard for other hotels.
