  I have been returning to this hotel x2 per year for 7 years so I think that says alot.The staff are amazing so friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble to help. 24hr reception. Bar staff are so entertaining and we had a great laugh. The food has great variety and always fresh that day. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Parador is a great location 2 mins walk to beach. 15 mins walk to main hustle and bustle of shops, restaurants and bars. The beaches are beautiful and clean. The area of alanya has so much to see and do.So once again I thank the whole team of staff at parador suite apart hotel for another tremendous holiday, and I look forward to next time.   Nice, helpful and friendly staff, who acts as a large family. Excellent light and great flavored cuisine, where everyone will find their favorite. Great quiet place with swimming pool, close to the sea and the center. I can only recommend.

  Just spent 9nights in this hotel what a rat hole all inclusive is a bloody joke choice of 5 drinks gin vodka beer red or white wine everything else you pay for all inclusive meals meatballs fish chips and rice salad blamange cake every day no ice cream you have to pay for swimming pool 12 people and it is full slide at pool only opens for half hour a day then turned off check out at 12pm woman stands at reception with pair of scissors ✂to cut wrist bands of so anyone with late check out have to pay for food and drinks bar staff would not serve my partner as I was taking to hotel manager regarding some issues all in all will not be returning and anyone who is thinking of booking this place PLEASE think again unless you are german or Russian only 3English families in hotel 🙇😪😪😪😪😪😪😪

  All inclusive 'concept'

  Firstly I have to say that this holiday was bought at a pretty cheap price,so although there were things I was not thrilled about, I have to keep this in mind.The hotel is in a street densely packed with other apart-hotels and high rise buildings so there isn't a view but it is not in a noisy area and it is only a short walk to the beach and shops/bars/restaurants so that was great.The beach linked to the hotel (9) isn't great and you have to pay to use it. The beaches seem to get better the lower the numbers and closer to the town centre - its worth the extra walk and no more expensive really. Generally I think the hotel caters towards Russian and Scandinavian clients, the staff speak little English but do try. I think that many of the reviews which have resulted in a 4.5 rating on TripAdvisor are written before the hotel changed to an all inclusive 'concept' . The meals are hit and miss - if you like meatballs, lots of salad and don't like full English breakfasts, you're winning. Ice creams on site are not part of the all inclusive concept, nor is Wifi in the room. The bar completely shuts at 10pm and by 11 you have to be out of the main area - you can be in your room, the lobby or out of the hotel. Strangely there is a kitchenette with fridge and kettle but no cups or spoons to even make a cup of tea - take them up from the main restaurant if you bring your own tea bags and buy milk. There is no iron at the hotel bring your own. No room service. 3 main meals are provided as well as a tea time snack of cake and melon. Towels are changed every 3 days and you are not permitted to use the hotel towels as beach towels so bring some. The sofa bed is like rock. The main beds are small but passable and there is air con in the bedroom which is great because it can get very hot. Our net curtains were torn when we arrived, didn't look good. The bathroom was small but perfectly fine and clean although there was a leak in the shower surround. There isn't a great selection of English TV channels, especially if you are traveling with children and decide to surrender time in your room to escape the heat. Cats are practically everywhere in this area, if you have allergies be warned they come in to the restaurant at meal time and generally mingle for a little food. Drinks are quite limited unless you pay extra. Best to ask for a shot and a separate soft drink, then mix to your own taste. Staff are generally friendly and approachable, some more than others. The chefs are very present at meal times and is topped up but it does feel a little like your being watched as you take food and as you eat. On the last day, transfers are usually late afternoon/evening by check out is 12, make plans for eating and drinking after this. You can extend check out for a fee but it will not include food or drink.We enjoyed our break, met some lovely people but learned that a 'concept'is exactly that!

  I have come to parador suit hotel for a holiday alone, first of all the staff are supper helpful and friendly! Really made me feel welcome! The food was great, plenty of choice. Drinks where good too. Very good considering what a good price I got the holiday for! My room is very big and spacious! Also very clean. I really do not want to go home! Most certainly will be returning to parador suit hotel. Highly recommend if your planning on coming to alanya. So I would just like thank the staff for making my holiday amazing. Demi x
