    Nice hotel, towel tastic

    rating28 Feb 2026

Couldn’t fault the hotel, until it was time to leave. They wanted to check the room before we checked out, and then requested payment for a towel, which confused us as we don’t pinch towels , we were shown picture of a towel which had a spot of make up on which they believed was blood. The young lad on reception accepted our explanation and the charge was wavered. Given though this is a hotel used by those having cosmetic treatment, towels with spots of blood I would have thought to be part and parcel of the business. Other than this the rooms were clean and to a good standard. Breakfast in the restaurant was a good selection of hot food, fresh bread, hams, cheeses and cereals. I would go again, just don’t get nowt on the towels

    Excellent hotel by the beach

    rating29 Oct 2025

Highly recommended hotel! It's in a great location, close to the beach, beach clubs, where you can rent beach beds and umbrellas for €6 per day, restaurants, grocery stores and other small shops and about 35min from the old town in Antalya and the airport. The staff is super nice, friendly and very helpful. They can organise excursions through a travel agency to the nearby attractions. The room itself was very spacious and had a fantastic view. I had a room with a balcony and a sea view. The bed was extremely comfortable - one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in. There is some noise traveling up from the road in front of the hotel, but you can easily blend it out with ear plugs. I also had lunch at the restaurant at the hotel. It's very well priced and delicious. The included breakfast was very delicious, too, and had a lot of variety. I also visited the spa at the hotel a couple of times. The massage therapists are excellent. And the sauna, Turkish bath and steam room are very nice, too. Everything is in superb quality, very clean and looked after. I'll definitely be back and can highly recommend this hotel!

    Just Avoid

    rating19 Oct 2025

First of all don’t get carried away by pictures Complete opposite of what they have put online Travelling from Istanbul I Checked in a triple room only to find the room and the balcony is tiny. I had paid for an upgraded room only to get a smelly, small tiny room and dirty room.Hotel reception is on the side of a restaurant, staff are rude and unhelpful and once confronted they just didn’t seem to care, just tried to ignore me.I was not going to stay in a filthy room with a baby, so I had to spend an hour on the phone to booking.com to cancel my reservation, shockingly I still had to pay £118 for a night which I didn’t even stay.In the end I booked the crown plaza which was by far the better option and I regret not doing it earlier..Avoid…

Would not stop at Pearly Hotel or Konyaalti again

    rating01 Oct 2025

Location is good right opposite the beach. Staff on reception not particularly friendly.Room was spacious and clean and we had a corner balcony room which offered great views but was a little small. Towels were threadbare and stained some days. Air Conditioning was brilliant. Bed comfy and nice hot shower.Noise levels - outside the road is busy and at night time cars drive up and down until the early hours with music blasting out. We had no wi-fi for 5 days which the reception staff didn't seem too bothered about and told us it could take 7-14 days to repair. They obviously don't understand that without data roaming this was a big inconvenience to us. The gym - in the basement, dark and hot, half the hand weights were missing and equipment was broken. I reported this but again, staff were very disinterested We weren't offered a bottle of wine or free meal or anything to make up for the lack of wi-fi and gym. My husband actually joined a gym in the town for 25 euros a week.Breakfast very much geared to Turkish visitors. Breakfast was the same for 14 nights, cold pancakes, croissants and fake cornflakes and coco pops with some plain oats that you could add dried fruits to were the only thing for the British palette. For the Turkish visitors, 14 types of cheese, 8 different types of bread and numerous types of olives. The coffee was disgusting but most people were drinking Turkish tea so I suppose they don't really do coffee!!!The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant.Overall Konyaalti is not really a place for British tourists. The only way to sunbathe on the beach was to pay to go into a Beach Club and then pay extortionate prices for drinks. Some restaurants do not serve alcohol and the language barrier caused issues at times when trying to order. You can not just rent a couple of beds and an umbrella.Overall for what we paid extra for a gym and beach clubs it would have been the same price as stopping at a 4* with a pool eg. Crown PlazaAlso, felt at times by some staff that they were trying to rip us off. Taxis not putting their meter on, offering us a taxi for 600L when we knew it was about 300L, people mentioning lack of tips when we paid with a card. Did not make us want to visit the area again.Kaleici old town was beautiful and we had some lovely meals there and it was about £5 in a taxi which was worth it.If I was going to Antalya again, I would definitely go further along the coast to Lara, Belek or Side, would not visit Konyaalti again. It was also very expensive, nearly £5 in most places for a bottle of EFES. About a mile walk away towards the port you could get deals where the beach was cheaper. eg. The BelfastI am not a Brit who likes to go away and visit English pubs and Irish Pubs and normally go to places that do not have a MacDonalds, KFC etc but this place was just too far the other way!!!!
