Location

This attractive hotel is located directly beside the beach and is only around 1 km from the town centre. Countless shops can be found around the hotel building, and there are good Dolmus bus and taxi connections. Kemer can be reached in around 6 km, the historic Phasalis theatre is 20 minutes by car, and Antalya airport is 15 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 320 rooms, including 10 junior suites, 7 suites and 270 double rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. A garage is available for parking (no extra charge). Other services include a car hire service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. A fax machine is on hand for guests' business and communication needs. 3 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. A direct dial telephone and satellite television are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. 3 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has smoking rooms.

Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers outdoor sports, including beach volleyball, crazy golf and archery or, for a fee, tennis. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as paddle boating, canoeing, water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, catamaraning, snorkelling and parasailing. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, bowling and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including 3 restaurants, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special is offered as a catering option. For breakfast (early riser and late riser), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). The resort also offers snacks. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    The Most Disappointing Hotel Experience of My Life

    I have been living abroad for over seven years, and I have never experienced this level of racism, unprofessionalism, and lack of empathy in my life. My one-week stay at Mirada Del Mar Hotel was an absolute nightmare.If you are not Russian or Ukrainian, do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. If you speak English or any language other than Turkish or Russian, you will not feel welcome here. Most of the staff barely speak English, and even the few who do seem unwilling to help. No smiles, no warmth, no sense of hospitality — just cold faces and frustration.During our stay, my father had a serious medical emergency and required urgent surgery. The hotel showed zero empathy. Instead of helping or showing understanding, the management made everything harder for us. When my brother arrived to support our family in this difficult situation, the hotel refused to transfer my father’s room reservation (even though the room was empty because my father was hospitalized) and demanded extra payment.The way the reception and management treated us was inhumane — they cared only about money, not people. The hotel doctor, who does not speak a single word of English, charged 100 euros for a basic check-up, and the private hospital they cooperate with charged 150 euros just for an examination. Everything is priced in euros — despite being in Turkey — and at outrageous rates.Even the security guards were rude and aggressive, treating guests as if they were criminals. Throughout the entire week, I did not feel respected, valued, or safe.No one plans a trip expecting to end up in a hospital, but when life happens, you expect at least a bit of compassion. Sadly, this hotel has none. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone who expects basic respect, decency, or humanity to avoid this place at all costs. Accommodation for another person is subject to an additional charge, which was explained to you by our staff; however, you chose not to proceed with the payment.     Great resort, nothing to complain, excellent services, definitely a place to come back in the future! Strongly recommend this resort, ideal for families or couples. The only small inconvenience not too many of the staff are English spokers as majority of tourists are Russian or east European tourists so most of the staff are speaking Russian very well. However is not a major issue as I could interact with the staff quite well.     This was the first holiday I returned from in tears.

    My husband and I had a very difficult and sad experience at this resort. I booked a seven-day stay hoping for a relaxing time. The property is beautiful, and the garden is lovely, but we faced many problems.We are vegans, and the food labels were unclear. When I asked staff whether desserts contained milk or egg, most could not answer due to limited English. We managed with Google Translate, but about 95% of the staff speak Russian. On one occasion, we were told a dessert had no milk, but after my husband ate it, he developed red spots from an allergic reaction. Thankfully there was no pain or itching, but if someone had a serious allergy, this could have been dangerous.The biggest issue, however, was the neglect of the cats living on the property. At first, we were happy to see them, as they create a warm, playful atmosphere. But some were visibly ill, without clear water sources, and it was heartbreaking to watch.On arrival, we saw a skeletal cat with a huge belly who moved with difficulty and avoided affection. Another cat had an eye infection and likely lost its vision. The sick cat’s condition worsened during our stay—her mouth was swollen and bleeding, she could barely eat, and she moved slowly. When we offered water, she drank desperately. I cried seeing her suffer while everyone ignored her. She even sat by the men’s restroom for hours with no help.At 1 a.m., unable to accept this, my husband and I searched for a vet. After many failed attempts, we reached Ismail from Smile Veteriner Kliniği in Antalya. He kindly opened his clinic at night. We paid for a taxi and all procedures. The vet confirmed she had a severe infection, kidney problems, malnutrition, and a feline coronavirus. She was dying and in great pain, and euthanasia was the most humane choice. He also warned the virus was contagious to other cats.The resort’s response via WhatsApp was unacceptable. They claimed they had tried to take her to a vet but couldn’t catch her—clearly false, as she was barely able to move. Seeing an innocent animal suffer like this, while a luxury resort ignored it, was devastating.I have traveled to many countries and 5-star hotels. In places like Morocco, Jordan, and Turkey, I’ve noticed little animal control and no castration plans, which causes suffering. But this was a five-star resort making millions yearly. They could easily fund a monthly vet visit, castration programs, and provide clean water for the cats. Instead, we walked the entire property and found none.This resort is responsible for this unacceptable situation. A cat was visibly dying, and no one helped. Guests looked at her with pity, but pity doesn’t solve problems—action does. I have never seen this neglect in a five-star hotel. Normally, animals in resorts are cared for and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.This was the first holiday I returned from in tears. Honestly, I don’t want to visit a country where I must watch innocent animals suffer like this. The resort neglected a dying cat, and the memory ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation. The hotel makes every effort to take care of the cats; however, unfortunately, it is not always possible, as we cannot fully control all animals. We cooperate with a veterinarian in Kemer and periodically send cats to him if they become ill. In addition, the cats do not belong to the hotel; they are freely roaming street animals.We are very sorry that such a situation happened with the cat and that it has passed away.
