  Clean, lovely pool, good breakfast - all in all great value. Apparently the owners have changed, and the new owners are finding their feet - while we were there they began to offer a lunch and evening meal set menu that we didn't try, but others said it was good

  A small family hotel with really nice owners!They had alwas a smile on their faces and helped with everything You wanted.The rooms was okey and the cleaning was okey.We really liked this hotel with the nice personal!It´s also really near to the beach, only 5 minutes walk.We will choose this hotel over and over again!

  I have been visiting Alanya for a long time and know it well.. Due to my pre-booked hotel closing early I was relocated to stay in the Pinar Hotel. What a lovely surprise, I really can't understand any complaints when you consider how low the charge is for what you get. Why would you have a problem with home made cooking every day by the lovely lady owner Memnune. She is a gem with good English and a wealth of knowledge after running the hotel for over 20 years. Nothing is too much trouble for her and it felt like a home from home. The place is spotless with everything you need for a great stay. The location is great, very near to the beach and the town but still very quiet and relaxing. It is very special to find somewhere like this in Alanya as there are now too many places that constantly change hands, don't offer a service and don't speak English. I am so glad to have found the Pinar Hotel and to meet Memnune, Im missing her kindness and hospitality already. The number of people who return to this hotel year after year know they are onto a good thing. Any negative views must be from people who are never satisfied

  Worst hotel ever stayed in

  Unfortunately, the staff were unfriendly, arrogant and unhelpful (this is the last thing you wanna have when you are on a holiday). The air-conditioning is at an extra cost (although its not mentioned in the description) and is not standard for such hot weather, the fridge's at an extra cost, and there is no kettle. Although the rooms are big, the staff does not serve the rooms, i.e. if you need a cup of coffee you have to go yourself all the way down to the bar although there were 3 people on the bar and 2 of them were watching TV and doing nothing. The pool is closed at 7 pm preventing you from enjoying a short swim at night if you haven't got the time to go to the sea during the day. We stayed there for 7 nights and the breakfast was the same everyday and it wasn't nice and diverse, hence for the sake of change we had the breakfast in Henci restaurant for 3 days. We wanted to change the hotel but we had already paid in advance on alpharooms.com for three double rooms. It was the worst experience we've ever had and we'll never come back to this hotel.

  This hotel is run by a lovely lady who is very willing to help make your stay as comfy and pleasant as possible. The rooms are basic but clean and the hotel is very close to the beach. We recommend it as a good base for exploring all the wonderful things Alanya has. We will definitely go back.
