    The hotel is excellent, offering great food and entertainment. During our stay, there was a Meladze concert, which was very well organized, along with all the other entertainment options. The staff were friendly and attentive, the entire place was clean, and the hotel had a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.     The hotel is at a very high level in terms of service and food! The waiters are very well organized 👏 Cleanliness is evident everywhere, everything is cleaned on an ongoing basis. The drinks are very delicious, and there's a wide selection of alcohols. Greetings to the bartender Ryszard!The Mini Club for children could be more extensive.The reception staff should know English at a communicative level at least, as should the waiters.     Disappointing Stay in Turkey

    Never experienced such terrible service at a Turkey Hotel, never we will return or would we recommend this hotel to anyone. Most of our group we travelled with were ill, likely to be from the pool abd food, the pools were not frequently checked, witnessed kid sick in the hotel and pool attendant just swept it un the the pool drain, didnt close the pool. Hotel was over run with Russian guest who ere extremely rude and the staff would serve them first before serving any English guests. Irish Bar not an Irish bar, management were useless. Food wasn't great and the location is set right out the way, not close to anything.     Polite staff and delicious food

    I was with my family in this hotel. Food and staff are the strongest points of this hotel. The variety of food and its taste was very pleasant. The hotel itself is very cozy and nice.I was most impressed by the restaurant evening shift workers from Kazakhstan: Diana and Rauana. Rauana is very positive, erudite and attentive to details. Always feels what is needed for a comfortable dinner. Diana is incredibly sensitive, responsible and the most pleasant interlocutor. Both girls are polyglots and find common language with all guests. I would also like to thank Gulcan from the coffee shop next to the lobby and Zeynep, who works in the beach bar. The ability to work with foreign clients is excellent! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, from the recommendations, I would like to have a stable Wi-Fi in the corridors and restrooms, because there is no coverage in these areasTeşekkürler!
