Location

The beach hotel is located 20 m from the coast between Alanya and the resort of Side, in an area known as Okurcalar. Public transport can be found on the road in front of the hotel and there is a small bazaar for shopping within 2-3 km. Antalya Airport is around 100 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 366 rooms, including 50 junior suites and 283 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and adjustable central heating. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available for daily use. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, bocce, beach volleyball and volleyball are available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as paddle boating, kayaking, diving, water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides and canoeing. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café, a bar and a pub. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. All-inclusive can be booked. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Special meals, including vegetarian dishes, are also available. The hotel also offers snacks. The chefs prepare delicious specialities during the show cooking. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Do not eat hotel food

    We came to Turkey for the first time and it is a pity that we had such a bad experience at the hotel. The hotel is basically beautiful, but I do not recommend eating food. We got food poisoning, we had to go to the hospital, we vomited, had a temperature, diarrhea, other guests complain about the same thing. In the morning, I found food vomited behind the door of the restaurant, the smell of sewage can be felt in the restaurant. The hotel scales do not work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

    I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was my first time in Turkey, and it couldn’t have been better. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with plenty of options. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the view was beautiful. I really enjoyed my vacation here and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!the best in the hotel are DJ tibi and waiter Mehmet ;)

    Very nice hotel, the lobby was large and looks very luxurious. The room was quite large. Cleaning daily. Unfortunately, we had a room overlooking the highway. There was a lot of noise from cars 24 hours a day and often a smell from the trash cans on the ground. We couldn't sit on the balcony. The staff was nice and helpful. Beach with sand and stones and quite big waves. 10-15 meters from the shore there was 2 meters deep water. The water in the sea was warm and clean. You need water shoes to enter the sea. The food was one of the biggest problems in the hotel. The menu was varied, but not good. We often had trouble finding the label with the name of the food. We just looked at a lot of the dishes because we didn't know what they were. The meat in the containers was always diced and mixed with some vegetables. So we preferred to eat food from the food trucks near the dining room or eat food from the snack bar.After two days my wife started having major digestive problems until we finally had to call an ambulance and we spent one night and half of the next day in the hospital where they gave my wife infusions and medication. I also had digestive problems but not as bad as my wife.This really ruined our whole holiday and the overall impression of the hotel. So I cannot recommend this hotel and for us never again.
