Location

This club resort has its own private 1000-metre-long beach, a marina and two private ports. The conference hotel is located in the resort of Kemer, just 1 km from the centre of Beldibi and the beach, 25 km from the city of Antalya, and approximately 50 km from Antalya Airport.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2023. The property includes 27 villas/houses as well as 1079 rooms, including 67 suites and 1000 double rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. 45 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, translation services, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 19 conference rooms.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Little extras include slippers, daily paper and pillow menu. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. Guests can also book 11 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has 52 family rooms, non-smoking rooms and 1 smoking room.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The resort offers outdoor sports, including bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf, archery and Nordic walking or, for a fee, tennis. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as paddle boating, canoeing, water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling, diving and parasailing. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, darts, squash, yoga, callisthenics, aerobics and pilates or, for a fee, billiards and bowling. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments and cellulite treatment. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a piano bar. Guests can dine in 12 restaurants (non-smoking, a buffet, à la carte, air conditioning and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. Baby food provides for little ones' well being. The resort also offers special catering options. International brands are available.

    Rixos sungate came recommend to us by our family who had a long stay in 2024, it is located approximately 15mins drive from the town of Kemer, situated on a stunning coastline with various bays & private beaches, the beaches are pebbles and sand with shallow waters that allow easy access to the sea, the hotel itself is surrounded by the most stunning scenery and the breathtaking Taurus mountain facing north, there is a very impressive grand entrance to the hotel & stunning landscape there is a relaxed & also a lively vibe around the hotel grounds.Depending on what interests you have and your personal choice there is an abundance of chill out places internally & in the external part of Rixos Sungate hotel.The main pool and Lotus bar is fun & lively by day & night and offers lots of opportunities to get involved during the day with pool activities or just chill and listen to the vibe by the pools , options to be served by the waiters on skates who are available to you when you need anything, in the evening there a fun party vibe & varied entertainment as well as chilled atmosphere as there are various bars & entertainment across the hotel, we loved the live concert its had everything, cabaret, dance, live singers, soprano, acrobatics, and a live orchestra ( very professionally put together in our option ) all in one show , it was one of our highlights of the holiday.The laser lights system that sorrounds the entertainment venue is world class truely spectacular.Kids - hotel has water sports& activities & Ala cart restaurant suited especially for kids.So much to offer.There is so much to do & see around the hotel & the activities program has something to suit everyone ( gym) is phenomenal with top class equipment, trainer's & staff are there to guide & support you , we particularly enjoyed the outdoor activities & group cycle tours & paddle boarding ( all daily ) the fitness team were really lovely so kind & helpful two guys & two girls all of them always had a smile & time for you.You can get lost in your own space in one of the many spots , I loved that feel about the place so peaceful in many spots but also so accessible to join the buzz.Rixos sungate truly has something very special to offer guests , we stayed in a comfort double room with a sea view & balcony, the room was well equipped despite decor & furniture & carpets being a little dated, mini bar stocked everyday & cleaning everyday too with fresh towels & linen. Tea & coffee, water, juices, beer, available in your room although we only made coffee once as there is so many options in the hotel we never had space to have anything in our room, they serve barista Costa coffee on the beach fronts& pool the areas anytime you feel like it, there is fresh bottled water anytime in fridges across the areas , bars serving drinks of all types, towels for the pool or beach are supplied from collection at the towel bars spead across the areas and returned, taking as many as you need which was a great benefit.The views out to the sea from our room were breathtaking we were in room 1624 six floor, lifts are plenty and access is so easy all around the hotel areas & all link to each section which has been very efficiently designed.Indoor spa & pool is beautiful quite stunning.Sports bar is such fun & hosts daily sports.There is many restaurant.We had the pleasure of a special evening at The Bloom restaurant food was delicious , fine dining at its best, located near the Marine area of the hotel, this area of the hotel looks relatively new & very well presented, has its own bar & pool& gardens surround it with direct access corridor & lifts to the main hotel accessible by all guests who stay either in the main hotel or at the Marine.We were particularly impressed by the Guest relations team locared at main reception , we had the good fortune of being helped by Erbu ( manager) & Ayhan who both went above & beyond to assit us , both very professional, understanding & very helpful kind people & personnel who are a credit to Rixos Sungate. & both helped to make our stay much more memorable in diffirent ways.Food in the main buffet restaurant was varied, with plenty of choice however we felt the food sections could have been better given it was a 5star Rixos hotel , that said the kitchen team were clearly working hard to deliver a service , breakfast was our favourite meal of the day , beautiful fresh selection, buffet lunch was also good & we really enjoyed all the Turkish traditional deserts, during the day there were also other places to eat such as the snack bar on the sea front ( food was basic ) although it was in a stunning part of the beach with a long walk out over the sea with sunloungers and amazing views, there were fresh croissants everyday from 3- 6pm served next to the noodle bar just opposite the Mandarin restaurant, they were delicious.Service staff - Lotus bar & main buffet restaurant- some staff very attentive some not a real mix on this point, however what was very nice from a customer perspective was we seen the Executive chefs present at times in the main restaurant greeting customers & we were greeted each meal times at the entrance to the restaurant by such welcoming pleasant staff.Dem tea house inside the hotel next to reception served beautiful herbal teas & coffee , staff there were so lovely happy to serve you & care for you , all of the girls there were so nice &mannerable.We would have given 6 stars to Rixos Sungate had it not been for the two points that marked it lower but overall there are so many positives to this hotel they out weight negatives but the negatives mainly buffet restaurant & service staff.We have spoken alot about the Rixos Sungate & all the so many good points & the help from guest relations was amazing & made our stay so much more than just a holiday.One very favourite place was the gardens & walking around the development & second ofcourse The Bloom concept & it's setting...We will definitely consider this hotel in future as it is quite impressive in so many ways.     I stayed at Rixos Premium between the 23rd of May till the 28th May for my son’s 10th birthday. The hotel itself was great, room was clean, staff were quite helpful, always food available and the Asian restaurant was amazing. The land of legends shuttle was a smooth and easy process and it’s great that you can go as many times as you want as completing the park in one day is a lot. Now, I am a black woman who travelled solo with my 2 black children . This is very relevant to what I am going to now discuss. My main issues are with the Russian tourists, I have never had me and my children stared at so much and it was mainly the Russian speaking tourists that were doing this. When leaving the hotel, I was also stared at by the Turkish locals however, it was a more friendly stare and sometimes they would come up to my daughter and say they loved her hair and say how cute she was. This I can tolerate. However, the Russian tourists were rude and would just glare at my kids and I, no smile no nothing. Whilst I understand that black people are less common in their country I am not an exhibit, I don’t appreciate being stared at constantly and at least if you are going to do it smile, say something nice. By the last couple of days I was ready to leave and was glaring back at people because I had enough, the point that tipped me over the edge is when I was at the breakfast buffet and a child pointed at me to their mum which was clearly because I was black. Whilst I do not blame the child as they know no better, I was annoyed by the accumulation of stares throughout my whole trip. I have been Turkey although Marmaris on two occasions over 10 years ago. Whilst there was an interest in us because black people are not regularly seen, it was friendly and I was never made to feel uncomfortable. However, on this occasion I felt extremely uncomfortable on this holiday and irritated because I also paid my money to be here like the other tourists and should not be made to feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend this resort as a black person if you do not like being stared at.

    Great Holiday Experience with Room for Improvement

    We had a wonderful family holiday at Rixos Sungate. The access to Land of Legends and all the facilities it offers was a huge advantage, especially for our children. The pools, the beach, and the overall atmosphere of the resort were excellent. The concerts and entertainment programs also made our stay even more enjoyable.We would especially like to thank Ms. Aziza from Guest Relations for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Her support and positive attitude made us feel truly valued throughout our stay.However, we believe that the waiter service and some aspects of the overall service quality did not fully match the high standards of the resort. At times, service was slow and it was difficult to get assistance during busy periods. Improvements in this area would significantly enhance the guest experience.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and left with wonderful memories. With some improvements in service, this resort could be truly exceptional.
