  Entertainment team is so friendly and made our holiday, especially Jack Mehmet! He is great at his job. Chappo the waiter is really helpful and looks after us on the evening. We’ve had a Great family holiday here.

  NIGHTMARE HOLIDAY

  Arrived here at 5.30 in the morning to the most ignorant man behind reception ,showed to our room and no lights worked in corridors ,could hardly see where we were going.rioms were disgustingly filthy toilets and showers were so dirty ,you would need a shower when you came back out ,was covered in flea bites, we were all-clusive couldn't eat or drink as there was flies on the food and it was disgusting hardly any drink to choose from and if tasted horrible anyway ,when we complained nicely we were told to pack our bags and go ,if you complain they threaten you with police . Witnessed so much violence at this hotel ,they are horrible people ,please don't book to go here and don't book with teletext they know what this hotel is like because there was so many people in the hotel who already complained , STEER CLEAR

  HOLIDAY FROM HELL

  Don’t even know where to start !!! I have never experienced anything like this hotel in my life , it is the absolute pits , this place is a hellhole and this is putting it mildly , went here with family and friends in September and had to book a villa as wee just couldn’t stay here . Food is disgusting and fly infested , drink tastes like industrial chemicals , no snacks served , rooms are filthy and flea invested , toilets are filthy with urine seeping from pan ... communal areas are filthy with sick and cigarette ends etc . Staff are so rude , and NESRIN the manager is a very violent woman , witnessed her attack’s a former employee who had her little girl with her because she hadn’t been payed any wages fir a months work , where police were called . The staff in this hotel are very violent . 2 chefs were fighting and 1 of them got stabbed in front of the holiday makers including children , blood was everywhere and so was the police , if you complain you get manhandled with the staff out the door . You would be better treated in prison !!! They also say they don’t understand you and that the manager will be here in 1 hour , this goes on and on ... I was told with teletext before I went that if the reviews were true I would be moved within 24 hrs , we’ll after 72 hrs and still no help we had to find alternative accommodation , we got help from the office on the same street which sells the excursions (ally ) is his name who managed to get us a beautiful villa . Wee even went into the hotels next to this hellhole but they didn’t have any rooms and said they were full due to the holiday makers booking in to theirs from this place , even the local shops etc are aware of this place and they said it’s giving them a bad name . In all honesty PLEASE DONT GO HERE you would have a better time in prison ..... you will regret it big time

  Was at this hotel with friend last week worse week ever didn't look at reviews till after I booked (big mistake ) when I saw reviews I foned teletext was told if we didn't like we would be moved in 24 hours total lies after 4 days complaining we were put out 1 of our party has brain damage when we foned teletext they said we would have to go they didn't care that we couldn't find anywhere to go eventually we found villa 11 30 at night had to pay fortune. Our complaint were chef stabbing another chef in front of kids and holiday makers food was unedable .and I mean revolting no drink even though we were all inclusive no snacks no milk no sheets on bed towels were filthy and full of holes pool dirty and broken back of hotel was derelict I have fotos and video one of manager hitting employee cause she wanted wages for months work this was done infrount of employee child and guestthey another employee was hit by staff an man was hauled away police everywhere manag tried to take my fone cause I video on it of manger hitting Turkish woman when i wouldnt give fone she got security and they tried to intimidate me an tried to take fone i said i was giving it to police my list could go on and on please please dont go here its like goin iraq and if booking with teletext dont expect any help once they have ur money they will do nothing now have fone bill of 150 for foning teletext would never book with them again if anyone else ( and am sure theres a lot as all guest were complaining) pay 100 pound for albitrator they will deal with your complaints as there word is final don't let hotel or teletext away with it

  Avoid not a 4 star they put 2 up themselves

  After being pushed into this hotel by the travel agent, saying it was a 4 star hotel witch I think they stuck 2 of them on themselves, tried the food on the first day what a disappointment that was having to use plastic knives and Forks.We ate out every day by the way this hotel is 20-30 mins in a taxi where it's all happening. Bar shuts when ever it wants, when you do manage to get served your drink served in a party cup and not with a smile like they are going out there way or maybe because we were not a young blond Russian rest of the hotel staff also very rude. Rubbish just left all over the hotel only 1 lift working plug sockets hanging off the wall and the hotel grounds must be the local dumping ground
