    Poor to say the least owners cool but if I was you I would stay ssomewhere else staff patronising no help WiFi crap great location expected more beach is close shops everywhere selling crap when I complained about WiFi was told see us when your sober lol I’m on holiday never again

    Jakub the owner is very helpful and charming, and speaks excellent English. He is excellent for organising good value taxis etc. The hotel is right on the central shopping street. I closed the double glazed windows for quietness at night and did not have any disturbance - the aircon works well.The beds are simple but I found very comfortable and had a really good sleep.

    No lift and low ceilings on staircases WiFi poor, my phone couldn't connect even though route was outside my room Demand for payment in cash on arrival Rarely anyone at Reception, room key just left and could be taken by anyone walking passed Hotel No one at Reception at check out No water one morning, maid said whole of Kemer was affected by this wasn't the case Didn't appreciate being called by my first name throughout by staff TV limited channels and remote broken Nearby bars noisy until 0300
