    Great Hotel!

    rating11 Nov 2025

We stayed at this hotel for the second time — first in 2022 and again in 2025. And I can honestly say the hotel has only gotten better over these two years. But let’s go step by step.Hotel & Rooms:
For a 3-star hotel, the rooms are quite spacious since it’s a suite hotel — separate bedroom and living area, so every room is basically like a 1+1 apartment. The renovation isn’t brand new, but thanks to daily cleaning everything looks well-maintained. As for the location — in my opinion, it’s absolutely perfect. The hotel is right in the center, so every evening you can just go out and enjoy walking around the cozy streets of Alanya. One important thing to keep in mind — there are two mosques nearby, so every morning around 6 AM you’ll hear the call to prayer. The cleanliness in the hotel’s common areas is also great — they clean constantly. The only downside is the free Wi-Fi: it’s very weak and only works in the lobby. If you need good internet, including in your room, you’ll have to pay extra or just buy a local SIM card.Overall, the atmosphere is very pleasant — no loud music, no constant parties, no discos. A perfect place for those who want peace and relaxation!Beach:
Or actually beaches, because the hotel uses two of them. The first one is Beach No. 12, about 800 meters from the hotel. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free, drinks and food are paid — basically it’s a beach of one of the beachfront cafés. The entrance to the sea is wonderful, really perfect — soft sand almost everywhere. There are also showers and toilets, free to use. In my opinion, the water here is a bit murky, but that’s not the beach’s fault — it’s just the city center area of the bay.The second beach is a bit farther — at Havana Beach Club. It’s definitely a higher level compared to the first one. Every day at 10:00 a free bus from the hotel takes you there and brings everyone back at 16:00. Keep in mind that if you go there, you’ll miss lunch at the hotel — but that’s not a big issue since the café has really good food at reasonable prices (like coffee for 70 lira, fries ~180 lira), and there are also local eateries nearby. This beach is much nicer overall — they even have bed-style sun loungers! And the water is definitely cleaner than at Beach No. 12. Sun beds and umbrellas are also free.Food & Drinks:
The food is very tasty and fresh! For breakfast they always have fried eggs/omelets, pancakes, a wide choice of cereals, different cheeses. They even serve fresh honeycomb every morning — not every 4-star hotel offers that! There’s always a variety of fruits too (melon, watermelon, plums — plus all the usual fruits). For lunch there’s always soup, fries, and different meat dishes. For dinner, the main meat dish changes daily — it can be grilled fish, turkey, etc.As for alcohol — I only tried the beer, so I can’t comment on the rest, but for an all-inclusive beer it was pretty good. Also a nice bonus — fresh tea is available in the lobby 24/7.To sum up:
This hotel is only 3 stars, but the service, the food, and the location are truly excellent. In my opinion, not every 4-star hotel offers this level!I definitely recommend it to everyone — and I’ll happily come back again!

    WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD

    rating25 Dec 2024

DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL.Hotel is disgusting, rooms vintage in appearance, unclean and cold. THERE IS NO HOT WATER, Staff CANNOT FIX THE PROBLEM. Staff have told us it has been this way for a while, we just want a shower after a long day travelling. There is no reason given for us having no hot water.

Highly recommend, would love to stay there again.

Despite being nearly the end of the season, the staff was very professional, warm and welcoming. When we arrived at 2 am, they had plates of food waiting for us. And on the day of our departure, they opened the dining room early so we had time to eat breakfast before leaving. The food is Turkish and absolutely delicious. Every morning a cook makes omelets or fried eggs if you want it. They do serve chips, pancakes and the odd breaded chicken (for kids I suppose), but that's about it. Many of the ingredients at the salad bar are staples, i.e. the same every day. I loved it, because it meant I could experiment with different things during our stay. Lots of fresh fruit available at every meal. Fantastic cleaning standard. Yes, there are odd corners that I would fix if it were my home, but this is a hotel, and the overall impression is that it is very well taken care of. The pool is not heated, but amazingly clean. Always plenty of sunbeds available, both in the sun and in the shade. They have their own little spot on the beach where sunbeds are free to use, but you have to pay for any food or drinks, which is fair. Would absolutely return in a heartbeat.

Unsafe Hotel and Terrible Customer Service

    rating12 Jun 2023

We came to this hotel for our honey moon and my partner’s birthday. Last year, we had a great experience in Alanya, but this year it was horrible (accommodating-wise only). Since day one the receptionist was rude, when I asked for extra towels he replied “what do you need them for? Don’t you have 2 in the room already? No extra towels”. We asked for an extra room key and the price is 10€ per week! What a rip off. Also you must pay for the internet… which is really slow. Anyways, this did not discourage us and we went on with our city adventures. A friend that we met last year came to see us all the way from Kemer; he was really happy and we went to party. Unfortunately, he drunk too much and he was unable to return to Kemer so we thought of bringing him to the hotel and pay for his stay. The receptionist (old man with glasses) was really rude from the beginning because of how our friend look like (he is Kurdish and apparently Turkish people don’t like Kurdish that much). We were ready to pay, but our friend did not have an ID. There has been an exchange of words between them and then we left not to cause any trouble or disturb the other guests. We had to sleep on the beach that night because we could not leave our friend alone. The next day we return to the hotel and the receptionist was once again rude to us and threatened to kick us out. I went to sleep and my partner had a shower and noticed a message at our door “please come and see us at reception “. My wife went downstairs and the receptionist and his manager took her in their office where they started yelling at her. We had already apologised the day before for our friend but for them it wasn’t enough, they wanted to humiliate us and ruin our trip. Even our “tour guide” from the company called Meeting point told us to behave otherwise we will be kicked out. My wife didn’t even want to stay in the hotel anymore as we felt unwelcome. Anyways, we decided to give it another try and guess what? The next day we came back at 2am after a busy day of having fun and found our room a mess. All our things were moved and we found a bag of drugs/tobacco next to our room. We left the hotel as felt not safe and the receptionist refused to show us the camera and also the police could not help. I will spare you the whole story, but long story short, another guest was able to open our room with his card. We stayed in room 202 and the other guest stayed in 502. That’s why I stated in the title of this review that the hotel is not safe. Once again, the reception manager tried blaming us “oh you didn’t close the door), but we were not the last people to leave the room, because the cleaning personnel had entered the room after us and they always close it after. Luckily, nothing important was missing. Finally, the reception manager apologised and asked us to come back…. Well, it was too late, we felt really bad staying there , as if all eyes were watching us… and for what? We just tried helping a friend and when we couldn’t help we left and apologised. There is no need to shame someone and threaten to throw away our bags from the room!!Avoid this hotel, because you will not find joy in talking to their personnel. They all look tired, because I’m sure their managers are even worse with them!

    Best holiday

    rating23 Aug 2022

We stayed at the sealine hotel as we read some great comments on the place but these comments did the place know justice as you have to go and see for yourself. We loved it that much we booked back up as soon as we got home this hotel is a small hotel but what it lacks in size it makes up for in every department the rooms are spotless. The service was amazing the staff were better and as far as the food I'm normally a fussy eater but there food was lovely and we ate there every day didn't have to go out to dine like we normally do it was that good. Like I said the staff were great they really made you feel welcome and couldn't do enough for you every one who stays there is treated all the same like family there where some bad reviews but I really can't understand why as it was one of the best places I've ever stayed at so if you choose to stay here you really won't be disappointed as its so relaxing you don't want to leave . And I wasn't payed to say this it really was that good so if you want a quiet relaxing one to one service holiday then look no further you have found what you are looking for the hotel owner pretty much lives there and eats all the food we eat from there aswell so the food has to be good and the chef can even make plain pasta taste nice as he knows how to use seasoning. well there isn't much more I can say other then amazing amazing amazing you have to give it a try.
