Facility

This hotel was renovated in 2023. Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 485 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A TV room, a car hire service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. A safe and a minibar are also available. Extra comforts include a tea/coffee station. Other features include a telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge). Sport

A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. For guests who wish to keep active, bocce, beach volleyball and basketball are available. Water sports enthusiasts are offered water aerobics (no extra charge). Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme (no extra charge).

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (non-smoking and a buffet). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. For breakfast (late riser), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The complex also offers snacks.

    We stayed at this resort for 7 nights with our family, including our three children aged 16, 11, and 4, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. This is a fantastic destination for families. Both the kids and we, as parents, thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. There is an incredible variety of activities and entertainment for all ages. Guests can join yoga classes, swim in the indoor and outdoor pools, enjoy the water park, or simply relax by the sea. There is even a daily kids' yoga program, along with themed events and evening entertainment for both children and adults.One of the highlights was the Ultra All-Inclusive concept. Having access to delicious food and drinks throughout the day made the experience incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The 24-hour bar service was another great feature that added to the overall comfort of our stay.The resort grounds are beautiful and perfect for walking. There are plenty of trees, shaded areas, and numerous pools spread throughout the property, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food selection was outstanding, with a huge variety of options available every day. We especially loved the fresh fruits, salads, meat dishes, and desserts. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.For families with children, this place is truly ideal. Our kids loved being able to explore the resort, get ice cream whenever they wanted, and order their own mocktails from the bars, while still enjoying quality family time together.We highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling with children.     Staff better than hotel

    Ive only just had chance to write a review we went on the 27th March all the family 8 in total inc the grandkids .The staff couldn't do enough for you they was excellent ,BUT we had issues ,the hotel just wasnt ready for the first couple of weeks of the season ,we paid for a swim up room ! it was shocking damp bedding ,walls with damp and the final straw the ceiling in the bathroom leaked all over the floor ,we had the plumber in twice as the water was cold as well , so we went to reception and said we wasnt having another night in it and moved to the main building ,they asked us to sign a letter saying we didnt want any money back as we paid more to have the swim up room ! lol oh and the pool was full of leaves and bits of wood floating round . So we got our room but the toilet didnt work sooooo we had 4 visits to the room and me stopping with the plumber all morning to get it done ,he was more than busy ! we just got on with it but it was a shame , we also had a guy gridding the steps around the slide pool on one day that was shut with red tape blocking it off . But as i said before the staff where lovely but for me and the family we think it needs a lot more spending on it and getting it ready to compete with better hotels in that area .
