    Excellent place, just afternoon barman is so nasty and unwelcoming

    Central location. Reception staff excellent, cleaning ladies Very polite, morning bar man with red crevatte/ red tie is outstanding. Afternoon/evening bar man is rude, arrogant and nasty. He creates a bad atmosphere. He should be dismissed or given substantial training. He thinks he is god, but he's not.

    I will given 5 star ,but is a lot lies on you Web. First you have pay for air con ,is not satellite tv only 2 channels and WiFi very very very slow.Rest of is good a believe to get what you pay.Staff all very lovely and helpful. Room service almost every day , pool small but was OK.

    Hotel basic, but no complaints, bar staff lovely, food delicious, pool and other areas very clean, cleaners lovely too, beach just two minutes away. Other nice places to eat,, salt and pepper, great staff, and the viking, great staff too

    Hammer house of horrors - don’t go!!!!

    Avoid this place like the plague!! Absolutely filthy rooms, floors and skirting boards are thick of muck and dust, cupboards are rotten inside or falling off the walls. Bathroom is equally disgusting, shower head kept falling off, bathroom ceiling was broken and full of what look liked mould. Showers are pathetically small. The whole building is outdated and manky.Beds are the most uncomfortable hard beds I have ever stayed in literally had a terrible night sleep every night. The maids came once in a week because we asked and she only changed the bedding because we showed her it was full of marks! The safe to the room is kept locked downstairs but god forbid you get your key wet and the reception staff will go ballistic. I found the staff absolutely useless at first they were lovely untill they found out we didn’t want to eat at the restaurant then they became unhappy and even complained to other members of the group! 14 of us stayed over 4 rooms and each room was the same, dirty, old, outdated and just downright depressing!! The pool is small and right next to the entrance not ideal at all when you have small children. Internet is as bad as the rest of the place the only reception you get is round the pool and the air con is just as terrible! I have never been to a hotel so disgusting in all my life and I will never return to this one either! You can’t even call it cheap and cheerful it is literally cheap and depressing

    Just come back from the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in, glad we were only there for 1 week, The hotel manager is the rudest man I have ever met, a d he must be training the receptionist to follow in his footsteps. The restaurant staff fell over us when we arrived but once they realised we were not eating there they were horrible. Even the other eating places around were shaking there heads when we said where we were staying. I would advise others to stay in Alanya as it is a beautiful place but NOT this hotel.
