Location

Located 4 km to the east of the resort of Alanya, the hotel has a beachfront location separated by a road. Local transport links run from in front of the hotel with easy access to the resort centre and its many amenities and sightseeing attractions. Restaurants and shopping venues are to be found some 500 m away. Antalya Airport is about 135 km away from the hotel.

Facility

9 suites, 8 single rooms and 23 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel doctor. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered a selection of towels. Meals

The dining area includes a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Awful Experience – Unhygienic and Uncomfortable

    I recently tried to stay at Luna Lara Hotel in Antalya, Turkey, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.Firstly, the room was unhygienic and lacked proper bedding. There was only a mattress protector and a bed runner—no sheets, duvets, or covers. The only available blanket was old, dusty, and clearly unclean. When I asked the staff for proper bedding, they refused to provide any.Additionally, the hotel itself was dirty, and some of the staff made us feel very uncomfortable with their behavior. They persistently invited us to stay and eat with them, which came across as inappropriate and a bit creepy.When I tried to get a refund, the hotel refused and told me to contact Booking.com instead. I did so immediately and filed a complaint. However, the hotel refused to reply to Booking.com, except to falsely claim that I broke the kettle and owed them €20. This accusation is completely untrue—I was in the room for less than 5 minutes and definitely didn’t use the kettle.Due to these issues, my friend and I were forced to leave and find alternative accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The conditions were unacceptable, and the staff’s behavior made the stay even worse. Save your money and book elsewhere.

    We only spent 2 nights there as we were in transit, but it was clean, quiet and close to our points of interest. The appliances were functional, we slept comfortably, we weren't disturbed. I was a bit disappointed not to find a mini fridge in the room (I've been to Turkey more than 10 times in different locations and this was a must!) but I can't remember if it was advertised or not when I booked, so I didn't complain about it. We didn't try the food and drinks from the hotel therefore I can't evaluate this, but all in all we had a pleasant stay, definitely served our purpose. Thank you!

    1) They checked me in inside dirty room2) Nobudy clean room 7 days, even after I ask about it3) After I spoke with manager he said to me "Cancel your reservation if you don't like the hotel"4) Nobudy speek english, even manager. He said, If I need something then I need to translate this for him on turkey5) No laundry service, but in web site it is6) Rude service7) Technical difficulites. Socket torn from the wall8) Dirty bed sheets

    I'm a travel agent in Bangalore India and I booked a 10 day trip around Turkey for my clients (a couple and their sister). We booked 1. a hotel in Istanbul the turkoman- tiny and more like a homestay with only a few rooms, but great location, then 2. the ladies beach residence in kusadasi and 3. the family cave suite in goreme Cappadocia. No complaint about any of these. All had great reviews.The hotel shuttle pickup was not immediately located on arrival at Istanbul so there was a little delay. In spite of the language barrier all the hotel staff went out of their way to assist when the group was too tired on the day of arrival to undertake the bosphorus cruise.In kusadasi the hotel staff helped them to advance their bus trip to Antalya by a day. I'm Cappadocia again the hotel staff advised them to change their tour to an easier one based on activity level for their age.The only hotel which is never to be recommended and should be removed from the list of recommended places to stay was in Antalya. The villa Granada refused to let us book through the hotel booking portal and insisted the clients pay directly on arrival.This was very inconvenient and most unprofessional.

    I just stayed overnight there, the receptionist was very kind and helpful, helped me to get in touch with my transfer and rearrange the time of it. The room was outdated, but quite spacious and clean. Generally, the place felt safe which is important when travelling alone. Excellent value for this price!
