The hotel is located in the Kumköy district, 3 km from the ancient city of Side, 5 km from the Manavgat town centre and just 500 m from the beach. Antalya Airport is located approximately 65 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 234 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Valuables can be securely locked in the safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. The dining area includes a restaurant (with high chairs) and a bar. Catering options include full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Special culinary options, such as vegetarian dishes, are also available. The hotel also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    The staff are nice the facilities are not as advertised at all.. not the complex shown in the images and not 5 star The bar very limited if you like beer you are ok !

    I was nervous before staying here as there are a lot of bad reviews however mine and my friends experiences were very different. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, dancing in the mornings and playing pool games like water polo everyday. The hotel also had different activities throughout the day such as air shooting and holding a parrot and taking pictures which cost €6 per photo as well as entertainment at night for all ages. You can also take part in bingo and Tombola for an extra cost. The staff were very good helping you with what you needed as well as laughing and joking with you to make a good environment, they even offered to take you to night clubs for €15 with transport to and from provided, me and my friends went on our last night and felt very safe and well looked after with the group there. There was a wide selection of food and food was served basically all day, drinks were good. The rooms were clean and you had the option to have cleaners in or not that day, there is also a luggage room to hold bags and suitcases if u have an early check out and late flight. There are also shops downstairs. In the end me and my friends had a very nice relaxing holiday at Serenis.

    Took a last minute deal to this hotel, a few weeks ago definitely not a 5 star hotel, more a 3 star. No WiFi in hotel in reception. It was 13 euros for 5 days They don’t take gbp and only want euros. They have an exchange board in the reception area but don’t exchange money and when asked didn’t know where u could exchange money outside of the hotel either. Food was ok, get to the restaurant before 7pm otherwise u won’t get a table. Lunch is much better in the main restaurant than at the pool bar. Pools are freezing but the kids didn’t mind. Rooms were very basic only under sheets on bed and a very thin blanket no other sheets available which was bizarre. Tea making facilities in room we had a leaky kettle it was replaced but with another leaky kettle so we gave up. Def wouldn’t return and the tourist board should check the rating of this hotel as def should be lower

    Ignore the bad reviews! Me and a friend stayed at serenis hotel for a week at the beginning of may and cannot complain about anything! Upon arrival we were greeted out of our transfer and a gentleman carried our bags all the way to our room. The hotel was a lot bigger than we expected as well as our room being bigger too! The reception staff were always polite and friendly towards us and helped with any request we had as well as bar staff, restaurant staff and cleaners, all the staff around the hotel were friendly. The food was good and lots to choose from so for all inclusive you cannot grumble. Our rooms were cleaned daily and bottled water always supplied when room cleaned. The entertainment was not amazing but it is what you would expect for an all inclusive resort entertainment, the same songs and dances for the kids and for the adults entertainment well it was entertaining! I would definitely return to this hotel again for a holiday! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend whether you are travelling with a friend, partner or family.
