Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2024. The hotel has a lift and features 304 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing.     It's a great time we spent here with the family. Staff is customer-oriented and did everything possible to satisfy us and was above our expectations. Season was just opened and there were minor gaps which were fully covered by professionalism of people working at the hotel. I would like to highlight the team of animators, including Ahmed (Ahi) , Zhanel and Leo who took care of our entertainment and even supervision of our kid. They are beautiful pepole with great communication skills.Special thanks to customer care Alexandra and amazing bartender Fetulah!Don't mind and get here even the second working day in the season!     Spend a few days before taking my family there - most optimal option for that money. Nice upgraded territory with 6 pools and fantastic beach area. For budget family stay highly recommended.     Hello everyone, I hope my feedback on Seven Seas Palmeras Bay and (In collaboration with) Coral Travel travel agency proves useful.Guests: Four people. Two adults and two adult-sized teenagers. Sleeping and living comfort is important to all members when 4800 euros have been spent on a travel package. Be prepared for what to watch for:*Very important! No matter what paper you are asked to sign (we registered for the à la carte dinner, which was included in the package), write on the paper in your native language what you were asked to do and what you signed. Otherwise, this paper will be used to fabricate your satisfaction with the visit. Take a photo of this paper for later proof if necessary.*When problems arise, you are offered little support from both the hotel itself and Coral Travel. Even though you do everything correctly, you report it and call the local agent or the local helpline. Ask the reception to find an immediate solution (they said the hotel is overbooked and there are no rooms to give). Later, when you contact Coral Travel at home, you are offered fabricated services such asyour satisfaction and services such as *free à la carte dinner (one visit to the 7-day UAI is included in the package anyway)*cabana use,*special room service and welcome,*fruit platter,*bottle of winewhich you definitely did not get.*We were offered different rooms. All of them had shortcomings despite the "renovation" and advertised "five stars". So keep your expectations low.*Never go into a room with suitcases. Check the room you are offered before settling in.Because 1) The room may not be what you paid for, meaning there are not as many beds as promised and they are replaced by folding armchairs. The chairs have no padding and the folding seats are uncomfortable when sleeping. The same goes for the folding sofa. The extra padding like on beds in Europe is not there.2) There is only one sheet on the wide bed (no thin blanket), which is not big enough for two people. You have to sleep with clothes on because there is little to cover yourself with.3) Check that the beds have legs. In one of our rooms (room 1302, during our visit we stayed in three rooms due to poor conditions), one of the beds did not have one leg.4) Check that the toilet water collects in the cistern.5) It is fine if your requirements do not include sunlight. In one of our rooms 1502, there were windows to the interior and the corridor. It was like staying in a basement and having to set an alarm to wake you up in the morning. I would not recommend room 1502 to anyone because the air conditioning unit in the room was in the hallway and was very noisy.6)The à la carte dinner is no more special than the main restaurant. Grilled fish is also served in the main restaurant. Salad, which may have turned brown, is available from both units. If you don't visit the à la carte dinner, you haven't missed anything. 7) Sea view comes with noise and sounds of events until midnight. Adults and parents with small children who cannot tolerate noise and who are bothered by loud noise should take this into account.Plus points go to the location and the sea.Since I like snorkeling, there are fish to admire and you can pick up shells from the seabed 1.2 meters from the shore. You must have goggles or snorkeling equipment with you.Some of the staff earned plus points for the cleaning service and entertainment.But not all floors had room service fully stocking the fridge or providing towels for four guests. As I said, we stayed in three different rooms and three different floors over a period of 9 nights.     Feedback to the hotel: the staff were very friendly and nice. Except for the spa - the man who gave out towels had a very unpleasant and arrogant attitude towards customers. When I wanted to get new towels in the evening for the next day - he didn't want to give them but said he would give them cards and I could change them in the morning. We didn't want that and so we kept the used towels to change them in the morning. In the morning he didn't give them the towels but just said that yesterday you didn't want the cards and I won't give you towels now either and that's not his problem. Food - very monotonous - absolutely the same every day. Dining area - tables not cleared and food leftovers on the table - we wiped them ourselves and also looked for knives and forks. Glasses constantly ran out - we had to drink from plastic cups. Room cleanliness - no one changed our bed linen for 7 days. I didn't even manage to get a duvet cover during that time. The floors were never washed. Towels were changed every day. program- every evening and it was great. overall impression- tired, old, dirty. There were carpets on the floor in the corridors that were dirty and patched in several places. 2 elevators in the entire hotel that were constantly overloaded. will not visit again.     4 star hotel but 2 star service in restaurant

    Just left this hotel today and we were sorry to say that it wasn't a 5 star experience for us. We arrived quite late at night dropped off our suitcases to our room which we were happy with, lovely seaview as booked but 2 single beds pushed together for a married couple. We would have preferred a double bed. The curtains didn't close properly either so they let the light in of a morning. There is also only 2 drawers in the room and a cotton thing hanging to put clothes in but it wasn't ideal.We went to the restaurant for a snack and the first thing we noticed was how FILTHY the dining chairs were! The material chairs were the wrong choice for a restaurant!!! They were disgusting! Covered in food stains everywhere. The leather ones were ok far better. We felt the whole time we were there there was no service at all from waiting staff. We had to order our own drinks and one of the staff a heavy set waiter looked totally miserable the whole time we were there. Never once did I see him wipe down any of the tables, only shake the mats on the floor and put them back on the tables. We felt the food in the main restaurant was ok but it was always luke warm or cold. We felt like we were never greeted in the main restaurant when we arrived or left. Felt like it was the end of season and no one was interested to make an effort.We ate in the a la carte restaurant for my birthday and it was all ok but the salmon and sea bass main course was totally overcooked and dry. I wrapped it in a napkin and fed it to the cats! Thank you for my fruit basket for birthday delivered to our room. My husband ate it!Our room was kept clean on a daily basis by a lovely lady Nuriye hanim ve bilge hanim (1652) but she was always smiling and friendly. The pool area and beach area was all clean etc too.The entertainment at night wasn't really to our taste. We would have preferred a white party or red party with dance music for us to dance but there wasn't any of that as previous hotels we have stayed in Turkey. I felt 10 days in this hotel were too long as we were bored at night and back in our room by 10PM sometimes earlier!My husband doesn't drink alcohol so not much else to do in the hotel of an evening. We did love all the cats and I fed them everyday but sadly when we went to dinner last night one of the cats was lying dead at the bottom of the stairwell and had SUPPOSEDLY fell from upstairs by itself. I was really upset being an animal lover. I would hate to think someone would have done this deliberately!Another issue we had was one night we asked to reserve a table in the main restaurant for 8 people as we had family visit for 3 days. We were told no problem by guest relation lady( cennet ) then when we arrived in the restaurant we were told we needed to pay to book a table??? This is supposed to be an all inclusive hotel so why would we need to pay to sit all together??? My husband was very angry as this had already been arranged. We felt the staff favoured some guests more than others! The restaurant supervisor also said we had to pay!!!?? I've never experienced this ever in my 30 plus times to Turkey! The other guest relation lady was down right rude to us in the restaurant when we tried to ask her. My husband is Turkish and I am British but definitely felt this hotel didn't cater for British so much.For this hotel being renovated recently we thought the carpets in hallways were very dirty and in need of a deep clean and the walls were Egyptian rather than Turkish old fashioned plaster.Meliah from the animation team was also very friendly but the rest not so much. He stopped to talk with us every day.When we went to the Enjoy bar it always smelt like sick. Think it needs a deep clean. I ordered a Pina colada a few times and it was never the same twice! Think just made up any conction!
