Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     The place needs shut down it stunk bad, no refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer stains on the sheets.     Room smelled of cigarette smoke even though I specifically asked for non-smoking. No microwave or mini fridge- laminate floors were dirty. 3 throw pillows for a king size bed- no USB outlets, tv remote didn’t work most of the time. The grass out in front is the room is COVERED in cigarette butts- I put blankets we traveled with over the. Ed because I’m just not sure at this point …I refuse to shower here because I don’t want to get a foot fungus- This place charged me $120 for the night plus $20 that is supposed to be refunded but I won’t hold my breath. Ghetto room for uptown price. Save your money and keep driving. Front desk person was very nice. That’s all I can say that is good.     This place should be condemned! The floor heaters are near the ceiling and there is no carpeting on the floor. That makes for a very very cold room! The cockroaches were comfy though. And look at the phone! I emailed corporate and was denied a refund even with these photos. The manager denied anything was wrong with the room and they sided with him.     Horrible experience , worst customer service ever . Was made to feel as if they were doing me a favor by renting me a room for 8 days . My company booked it . Ran out of toilet paper . Never got trash emptied . Charged extra deposits . I have to stay in town for a few more days . I relocated .
