    Sofitel Madinah is one of the perfect choices for Hajj and Umrah, mainly because of its excellent location, just a short walk from Masjid Nabawi.The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay, especially Mr. Monem, the restaurant manager. Thank you for your kind, warm, and friendly service 🙏🏻your hospitality is truly appreciated.Overall, the food was excellent. There were many choices of salads, and each day featured a different variety of Arabian rice, which made every meal interesting. We also had the opportunity to try many types of authentic Arabian dishes throughout our stay.The most memorable part was definitely the desserts, such a beautiful spread with a wide variety of delicious options, all beautifully presented. The pengat pisang was especially outstanding and truly made us feel at home.Kudos to the chef for creating such beautifully crafted and delicious desserts. A special thank you as well to Chef Rani, who thoughtfully checked in with us every day regarding our meal preferences for the following day. Your care and hospitality were truly appreciated

    Sofitel Madinah is an amazing hotel.1. Clean and luxurious rooms.2. Consistent professional and courteous service from all staff - doormen, valet, concierge, reception, restaurant, housekeeping, etc3. Exceptional quality and taste of food, especially the lunch and dinner buffets which are amongst the best I've had.4. Prime location.This hotel is definitely run by a well-oiled and professional team. The client-centric culture is very evident and reflects sound leadership at the top.
