  The pool was the best part of our holiday. No entertainment for adults. Bars closed a 11pm.

  It was supposed to be a five star hotel. We would rate it as a three star. Traveled seven hours. Arrived at hotel reception to be told they didn’t have any room for us. We booked our holiday last year. They gave us a family room after saying they had no rooms. Eight of us needed toilet and shower. We went to the all night buffet. Food was cold. So had to wait until breakfast. I don’t think they catered for the English. Chips for breakfast no fried eggs. We was looking forward to the pool with the slides as seen on the photos. That pool was in the hotel next to us. The list goes on.   The hotel is advertised as 5*, but in reality it feels closer to a 3.5*. On the positive side, the reception, rooms, restaurant, pool and bar area were all very clean, though the toilets by the pool could use more attention.The food in the main restaurant was typical all-inclusive—fairly standard—but it was tasty and we always found something to eat. The snack bar food was often cold, and the patisserie was never open during our stay, which was disappointing. The hotel is also advertised as "ultra all-inclusive 24 hour food and drink," but we saw no evidence of this and weren’t told where to go for food after 9pm if we wanted something.Entertainment was by far the weakest part of the experience. Two nights of karaoke listening to drunk guests sing badly was not what I’d call entertainment. The entertainment crew themselves came across as rude and dismissive, which didn’t help.There’s no waiter service for drinks, which I would expect in a 5* hotel (and have had elsewhere). You need to queue at the bar every time.On the brighter side, housekeeping were excellent throughout our stay. The location is also good, with a nearby bazaar that has plenty of shopping options and easy transport links to other areas.Overall, it’s not a terrible hotel, but definitely not 5* as advertised.   I stayed at this hotel from 15.08-22.08. The hotel is very clean. I was surprised how often they cleaned everywhere. Even the beach toilets were clean, although they are not very close to the hotel. The food was tasty, but there was not much variety. The juices like cherry and apple were very sweet, except the orange juice. There are two pools: the small one is calm and mostly adults use it, while the big one is more lively and people of all ages swim there.The staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Mrs. Yagmur (if I remember her name right). She always remembered my drinks and prepared them before I even reached the bar.The beach was nice but very rocky, so I recommend sea shoes (you can also buy them at the hotel for €8). The beach bar and snack bar were good and served the usual snack foods. There is another snack bar inside the hotel, which was nice. There are also two malls near the hotel that are worth visiting. As a 19 year old boy, it was boring at night. The entertainment was boring. The first days there was only one show and it was not very interesting. Later they did karaoke and a comedy show, which were better, but still not great. The animation team didn’t talk to us or invite us to join activities. I’ve been visiting Turkey every summer since i was 9 and usually the entertainment teams are much more active and fun. The hotel area is small, so don’t expect something big. The private beach is only 3–4 minutes away. Just be careful not to cross into other hotels’ beaches because the rocks can be dangerous. The gym was okay but had only a few machines, so I recommend going alone. The room was average but comfortable. The minibar was filled every day with still and mineral water.   Excellent value in every way

  I cannot fault this place. Food was amazing and abundant (as were the drinks) with a dazzling array to please most palates. The food was of high quality-everything was so fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager Gizem was particularly gracious and helpful when there was a mix up with my booking (entirely my fault)🤦🏻‍♀️. It was also one of the cleanest places I have stayed in a while. I loved the private beach and enjoyed the big pool (also very clean). I would definitely recommend this place and will not hesitate to return again.   Good time had by us both

  Had a great time, all staff were polite and welcoming, especially the barman in the lobby bar, food acceptable, pool lovely and entertainment staff good, the room was cleaned daily by friendly staff, would definitely go again.not sure if I would go on organized trips though, better to go on own.
