Location

The hotel complex is located just 1 km from the centre of Side, which is one of the largest ancient cities in history. The nearest beach offers rich yellow gold sands, turquoise-blue waters and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. The Aspendos Antique Theatre is just 3 km away and it is about 700 km to Antalya whilst the airport is approximately 60 km away.

Facility

In addition to 154 villas/houses, this spacious property includes a residential complex with a lift,made up of a 5-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. Awaiting guests are 90 junior suites, 8 suites and 495 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 3 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball and crazy golf. Water sports enthusiasts are offered aquafit. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and callisthenics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The complex also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    For us, the hotel is in a great location, with a wonderful private beach. The atmosphere is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can have fun and relax. The service is worthy of five stars. We would love to come back here again.     The hotel does not live up to 5 stars, especially regarding kids’ animation and room arrangements.Accommodation:We booked a room for 4 people — grandmother, mother, and two grandchildren — but upon check-in, the room was apparently designed for only 3 people. The room had one large double bed and two small sofa beds, which was very inconvenient for a family. Bedding, towels, and robes were also only for three people. The room was very small, and the bathroom and furnishings were old and worn. Despite this, cleaning was done daily, and the room was kept tidy.Kids’ Animation:The animators do run some shows and activities, but they appear completely uninterested — no emotions, no energy, no engagement at all. Kids’ animation basically consists of sitting children in front of cartoons for several hours while the animators scroll on their phones or chat with each other. The children are practically left on their own. Hardly any staff speak English, which makes communication with both children and parents very difficult. The playground area also raises serious safety concerns — some of the equipment looked old and unsafe, especially for younger children.Staff:I especially want to highlight the friendly staff — cleaning ladies, Turkish bartenders, and Turkish waiters. They deserve special thanks because they were the ones creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel.Additional Notes:It seems that smoking is allowed in some rooms. My sister’s room was completely smoked up and smelled terribly. Our room was also too small for four people, even though it was booked for a family.Overall:The hotel was disappointing in terms of kids’ animation and accommodation. Thanks to the friendly cleaning staff, Turkish bartenders, and waiters, the atmosphere was somewhat pleasant, but overall, the comfort and animation level do not meet 5-star standards.Beach cleanliness:The cleanliness of the beach raises concerns. Along the shoreline, especially near the pier, there is a lot of litter — bottle caps, plastic debris, and other trash. It seems that cleaning is done mainly in the areas with sunbeds, while the rest of the beach along the water remains quite dirty.     Very good, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location right by the sea with a well-maintained, large beach and lots of leisure activities.Good public transport connections to the center of Side, Manavgat, Antalya, and Alanya.
