    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with plenty of choices.     Totally sublime holiday. Room 1235 was amazing with best shower ever. Huge garden balcony and good aircon. The place is heaven and you never get bored or run out of food/bar options. Pier bar and terrace bar my favs. All hot food is piping hot and chilled food is chilled properly so felt safe eating everything and had no issues whatsoever. Huge fridges with chilled water everywhere too.Special thanks to Charlee the teppinaki chef was hilarious. Hamet on roller skates bring drinks. Dayana in downstairs bar who took extra care of our disabled friend. But Sultan our room host was just fantastic.     Superb Family Trip- Will return next year!

    We visited as a family- couple with toddler and grandparents. What stood out was the exceptional level of service! When you arrive, a staff member helps you set up a WhatsApp chat to communicate with the staff. There are drinks, treats and Turkish delights available in the lobby to help yourself to- great after a flight. The bar staff prepare drinks quickly from all bars and travel around on roller skates. Water is freely available in fridges around the site and qr codes make it easy to order drinks from your sun lounger. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Mohammed in the lobby bar was particularly polite, kind and helpful. For children, this hotel is exceptional. Our three year old daughter loved Lollipop kids club with Lego tables, trampolines and many toys. We hired a stroller for the week for free (just paid a deposit). The hotel is conveniently located for Land of Legends (7 minute taxi ride). The children’s pools have a variety of water slides from small toddler ones to large thrill rides for older children. There is an outdoor area with playground equipment, sand and water paddling pools and sports equipment. As a teacher, the design of the children’s areas are so calm, predictable well thought out and structured. The program of activities for children is varied and well structured with activities frequent and until late. Our daughter even enjoyed making pottery with me- a lovely experience she’d never had before. In the lower ground floor, there is a fairground style area with rides, arcade games, trampolines and a bowling alley. Whilst there are extra charges for these activities, we found them to be reasonably priced and well worth it. Rooms are extremely spacious with a dressing area, sofa bed, mini fridge (free) and large bathroom. The dining options are varied and themed nights make it interesting. Lots of fresh fish, salads, Turkish options etc. They serve things like tequila on themed nights and different alcohol samples. There is a free golf shuttle from the lobby that takes guests over to the sister venue and golf resort. Sueno Deluxe guests can dine there for free too. We went for lunch one day and admired the views of the course from their terraced restaurant. Our daughter enjoyed watching the Koi fish in the pond. There was a pool table upstairs to enjoy. My parents took care of our daughter for the day so we could access the spa. It was £184 total for my husband and I to have a 70 minute sueno mixed massage and use the facilities all day. We enjoyed the hot stones part. The facilities in the spa are beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing there. Only minor feedback point is that some of the lockers didn’t work very well. Thank you so much to the staff here for a wonderful, memorable holiday. We are going to book a return trip next year and make use of the golf facilities.     Visited with 10 ladies to golf. had the most amazing time with you and will definitely be coming back. staff could not do enough for us. incredible choices for food everywhere. felt like queens with the drinks service by the poolside.
