Location

This hotel is located directly beside Cleopatra Beach. The centre of Alanya, with its countless restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and shops, is about 700 m away, while Antalya airport lies approximately 130 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 215 rooms, including 18 junior suites and 157 double rooms, located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    The Hotel was very nice and very clean. Personell that worked at the hotel were very nice and outgoing. They were very helpful all the time. They helped us to carry our luggage to the room. The location is very good, we could walk to the Cleopatra beach and to the city centre. There is also spa at the hotel. We have had the best massages and we tried also the turkish hamam which was amazing. The atmosphere at the hotel was very nice. The food was good and everything was clean when it comes to utensils, plates and glases. The rooms were fully renovated and clean. We had very good view, we could see the sea from the room. The noise levels were also great. Even if the hotel is in the centre, there was not much noise. This was the best value for the money.

    My husband and I decided to go on our little honeymoon to Turkey and after pretty long research we decided to choose 4 star Sultan Sipahi Resort Hotel. We couldn’t be more disappointed… I have visited Turkey before and I have had a great experience with our 4 stars hotels but this hotel doesn’t deserve even 2 stars. I don’t know where to start…. Firstly, room that was given to us had two single beds… We have requested double bed ( I think it’s obvious since we are on our honeymoon) but on the night of arrival we were told nothing can be done at this point. In the morning we went to the reception and asked for room with double bed. We had to pay extra money to get what we have paid for already. When you reserve a room on the website you can easily choose your preferences so this was a massive disappointment. I didn’t want to ruin our honeymoon so we just paid. Secondly, the condition of the rooms were absolutely terrible. They are horribly outdated, like you move back in time to the early 80s. I can’t even remember if I have ever see rooms like that in my life. Thirdly, we have arrived 4 days after the official season has started however nothing at the hotel was ready for us; pool was disgustingly dirty not ready to be used, the so called “gym” was not even open and when I asked for it and saw the state of it I was in absolute shock of how old, unsafe and dirty it was. Fourthly, the entire dinning space/ restaurant looked like from very old movies, chairs were broken, everything was so dirty and not gonna mention very limited selection with foods. Basically nothing , absolutely nothing was as described on the website and the only reason I didn’t want to complain there is because it was our honeymoon and I wanted to enjoy it with my husband. But when I tell you avoid this place I mean it ! I was in massive shocked that places like this still exist and are permitted to be open. Of course no WiFi in the room unless you pay extra. And of course you can’t use the hotel sun beds by the beach unless you pay extra which again wasn’t mention in our holiday offer. Normally when you pay for all inclusive ( which we did) everything should be available for us. The only positive thing about this place is the location and few stuff members who were absolutely great. On of them was Pilar - our bartender, she was a star, super kind, polite and friendly and few others. Other than that this place is absolutely not a 4 star hotel, maybe it was back in the 80s but today I would give it 1 star.

    This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There was blood on the towels 4 out of 5 days, which is completely unacceptable. The hotel advertised WiFi, but it only worked in the lobby. The sauna could only be used between 12–14, which was very limiting.The food was terrible, and the rooms were in awful condition. There was visible mold and mildew in both the rooms and bathrooms, and we arrived to toilets that were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been descaled in decades. The toilet in our room didn’t work, and our friends had a room where the electricity didn’t work at all.On top of that, we were scolded for using the shower near the sauna and treated very poorly by staff.The hallways were extremely dirty, and the fire exits were blocked with items, which is a serious safety concern.Overall, a horrible experience that I would strongly advise others to avoid.

    Relaxing fun experience

    Location was perfect as it's just a stroll to the beach.Atmosphere was nice and relaxed.Staff were very polite, respectful and tried to help make the stay as comfortable as possible.Rooms were practical and had a balcony so we had beautiful views all day.It was definitely value for money.The hotel was always being clean by a team of ladies who work very hard keeping the rooms nice.To be honest there was no noise at all.. It has all the offerings of an all inclusive holiday including separate beach area huge dining area for breakfast lunch and dinner plus late night drinks and soup..I have seen some reviews that would put people off coming but having experienced the hotel and staff myself I don't they were honest reviews but just people making a mountain out of a mole hill. I want to thank all the staff from management, kitchen staff to room attendants for making our stay a very good relaxing experience.

    Horrible holiday experience

    It was a terrible experience there were cats everywhere especially in the restaurant. Hotel staff were incredibly rude the rooms were dirty they made us pay to clean and wash the bedsheets and gave us no towels. The hotels bathrooms were filthy and dirty , the activities man scammed us as he did not give us any referral to the activities we payed for. This is not a good place to book for your holiday unless you want a bad experience and wasted money you should book somewhere else.
