  Superb Susesi

  We are just leaving from our first trip to Turkiye having had a wonderful week in the Susesi luxury hotel. The hotel was excellent and we were made to feel so welcome by all the staff. We stayed in room 3336 and we couldn't fault it. Thanks very much for a great family holiday. I would thoroughly recommend it and we hope to visit again.   Great Hotel/Stay

  Last day of a 10 day holiday and this has been the best hotel we have stayed at with excellent staff. Highlights are location - on the beach and close to belek centre for shopping. Food - main restaurant food is really nice. Snack bars during the day are more like mini restaurants, fast service, excellent staff. Drinks on a night can either be from the bar or table service. We had table service and never waited for a drink. Staff brought us crisps, nuts, fresh fruit to our tables. Sports bar is well stocked with bottled beers. Entertainment staff Memmet and Vladamir kept the games fun and enjoyable. Plenty pools, football pitches and things to do. Would highly reccomend.   We spent 10 nights in the Susesi hotel end of April/May. We had a lovely holiday with a few exceptions. We knew (after booking ) it was a conference hotel but really did not expect the volume of business visitors and we experienced two whilst staying. However the staff in the buffet restaurant went out of their way to ensure we got seated where we wanted. So 5 stars go to the lovely executive chef (whose name we never got) he welcomed us every morning with a big smile and opened arms. Equally I must mention the lovely lady omelette chef. I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name but you were absolutely amazing and made whatever was requested with such ease and professionalism! Thankyou so much. Now to 3 very special members of staff. You need to give these guys a pay rise! So Abdullah , Elif and Duugu Savas ! This lovely bunch were “Fandabbydosi” you made our holiday complete. We loved your interactions and eagerness to help - and kept me happy with my endless requests for another Turkish Tea. Thankyou all so very much 🙏🏻 we miss you. Guest relations - the lovely Selenay. Every day she saw us and gave us a beautiful hello and when we left presented me with a bouquet of flowers. That was a beautiful gift and we thank you for that. Bedroom number 1343 was immaculately clean and maintained as such every day - thankyou ladies. Couple of niggles - no aircon. We did get a fan but really needed aircon. Northern Europeans here so 25 degrees in the room melted us!!The male seniors in the buffet restaurant were generally dismissive, no eye contact with guests Not a good look for men who seemed to walk around doing “heehaw” (that’s Scot’s for nothing!)The à la carte restaurants were not all open so we never experienced them but the buffet restaurant was first class so nothing lost tbh. Entertainment dismal. But Overall we had what we came for a relaxing break and some lovely sunshine.   Not worth 4 stars don’t go when there’s a convention on

  For a five star hotel very disappointed with my experience, I’m gonna be honest with the review so let me start with the good bits, firstly the food , fantastic plenty to choose from lots off options , but doing a few five star hotels ….this kind off come as standard , other good point , the staff . But again , Turkishn shut staff are normally very good , my problem was with the hotel it self , so arrived early April , weather wasn’t the best but everything was shut ! No snack bars out side pools were freezing even tho they said they would be open , no entertainment on a night , so to bars …..and this is were it really came down , while we were there ,the hotel had a convention on , for what must off been for the rudest most ignorant people on the planet , on boy did they get the special treatment from the hotel ! The hotel guests were just slung aside while these privileged guests got the full 5 star experience, to a point they even shut the main bar for the guests ,back to rooms , pointless for a family off 4 , big king one single bed , and one horrible futon , I asked to upgrade the mattress on which they must off found a slab off marble and thought that would do the trick, I could go on and be picky like no main beers in the main hotel bar , sheets were dirty …and beach ….well iv seen better and Bridlington……look it wasn’t the the worst , but there is better 4 stars than this hotel Susesi Luxury Resort, İşletme Sahibi at Susesi Luxury Resort, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to evaluate our property.We would be delighted to welcome you again and provide a flawless experience that exceeds your expectations during your next stay.   First time in turkey.

  We had the most amazing stay at Susesi Luxury Resort. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, but what truly made our holiday unforgettable was the incredible staff.From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The bar staff, restaurant team, and guest relations were all outstanding—nothing was ever too much trouble for them.Halfway through our stay, we experienced an issue with our room that was completely out of anyone’s control, but the way it was handled was exceptional. It was resolved quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.We travelled as a family of five and stayed in a triplex room, which was honestly the best setup we’ve ever had. Usually, we have to split into two connecting rooms, so this was a real highlight for us.The pool and facilities were fantastic, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. We all had the best time and made some wonderful memories.We would 100% return and highly recommend this hotel to others!
