Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this hotel lies in Side, only a few steps from a sandy beach that gently slopes into the water. It is about 65 km to Antalya (AYT) Airport.

Facility

Guests are warmly welcomed at the reception desk in the lobby. 374 non-smoking rooms are available. The hotel provides a newspaper stand, a TV room, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a hairdresser and 4 conference rooms. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms include a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Extra comforts include a tea/coffee station. Equipped with a telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. 4 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. A waterslide provides fun for all ages. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers beach volleyball (no extra charge). A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, yoga and pilates. A range of wellness facilities, such as a sauna and a hammam, are offered at the hotel. For a fee, guests can also take advantage of a spa, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Third-party operators offer a spa and beauty salon. The hotel offers an entertainment programme for adults.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can enjoy dining in the cosy atmosphere of the 5 restaurants (a buffet and à la carte available). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A breakfast for early birds and late risers, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes. The hotel also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    We had such a great time at The Sense De Luxe Hotel. Honestly, everything was really good—from the rooms to the food and the overall vibe of the place. What stood out the most was how friendly and warm all the staff were. You can tell they genuinely care about the guests, and it makes a big difference.I also want to mention Zekiye, the Guest Relations Manager. She was amazing—always helpful, kind, and making sure everything was going well for us. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated.We left very happy and would definitely come back again.     It was my thirth time in this hotel. The room is big and modern with a good bed. The staff is very friendly, the food was very good. I took a hamam and massage in the nar spa. It was very nice.     Ignore the negative reviews. The rooms are spacious and modern and kept spotlessly clean. All staff are so welcoming and polite, friendly, nothing is too much they go out of their way to fulfil your every need. A special thank you to Naomi and Zekiye customer liaison they were amazingly helpful. The food was fresh and varied the best we have eaten in any hotel. Hygiene was good and hot food was hot . Entertainment was very good. My only criticism was entertainment staff need training although polite and helpful they lacked skills for the job. Travelled with a friend with dietary requirements she was amazed at choice of food and the Beverage Manager went out of his way to provide food she liked. Overall an amazing March holiday at a great hotel certainly 5 star.     This hotel was nice aesthetically and the entertainment and food were absolutely brilliant, the staff were amazing. The massive let down was the fact there was absolutely no aircon anywhere in the hotel, We complained to staff and the told us to try and speak to management as management wouldn’t do anything unless guests complained, this is meant to be a 5 star resort and I was left bitterly disappointed with this.We went to management about the issue and they lied to our face and said it was working when it was clearly not, I feel sorry for that staff that work here under this terrible management!
