Location

This hotel is situated in one of the former orange gardens and in the spring, guests can enjoy the fine scent of the blossoming trees. Guests will find the centre of Kemer, with its restaurants, bars, nightspots and shops just 1000 m away. It is 200 m to the public beach and around 1200 m to the private beach while Kuğulu Park is around 1500 m away. It is 30 minutes by car to the tourist centre of Antalya, the ski region of Saklıkent is just 90 minutes' drive and Antalya Airport is approximately 65 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 232 non-smoking rooms, including 16 junior suites, 25 single rooms and 187 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Sport

The spacious pool area, which includes 3 outdoorpools, is a great place for guests to relax and take a refreshing dip. Even on cool days, swimming is always at option at the indoor pool. Kids can splash around in one of the 2 children's pools. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy tennis and beach volleyball. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, catamaraning, diving, water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides and sailing. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the delicious buffet or order a set menu for lunch. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Hotel Needs improving , could be made 4 star but would class it as 3 star .

    Enjoyed our holiday , there’s good and bad points . Arrived early morning the receptionist on duty was very nice and helpful even took us to our room . The room was on the side of building so a slanted roof but was ok , had views of the mountains,very tired looking room , needs a revamp , thought it was clean until I dropped an earring , the bed underneath was falling to bits don’t think the floor had been cleaned in a very long time . It was cleaned everyday with clean towels .The food was fine for us , only issues was there was no toaster , only apples and oranges which were gone straight away , in mornings no fresh fruit, first hotel I’ve been to were there’s no water melon . Wine , beer and sprits were fine only issues again it was in very thin plastic cups !!! I expect this around pool area but not in the evenings , if you asked for a glass , the young lads serving behind the bar gave you such a face not once did they speak any words to us very miserable!!! The pool was lovely and clean but very cold , plenty of sun beds , and the gardens kept well. On the gala evening everyone around the pool were asked to leave the pool area at 4 pm in the afternoon !!!this was not acceptable many people still there with there children playing, this didn’t have to be so early. There was a bus to beach , there’s only drinks ( not free) and filthy toilets at beach ,beach it needs a tidy up we walked from one end to other the straws and plastic cups was very sad to see , you need beach shoes as very stony sea was lovely and warm . Kemer town was nice with lots of shops , and bars .     Well run friendly hotel

    We chose to stay here as had all the amenities we wanted and was good value for money.The hotel is well run and staff are very friendly.Food varied varied and always something you liked and the beer and wine was good.Pool area nice but be careful as with all pool areas, tiles can be slippy with people's wet feet.     From arriving at the hotel late evening, the staff were so nice and helpful with everything. The hotel is well situated staff are amazing can’t do enough for you. Cleaning is done everyday fresh towels, pool area is fantastic plenty of room and sunbeds. Large pool , kids pool with slides and baby pool which are all immaculate. Food is extremely good there is a lot of variety for everyone to choose from. Pool bar and snacks in afternoon with burgers chips pizza chicken nuggets etc and then a selection of fresh baked biscuits and cakes. All inclusive drinks are not limited and also plenty of choice. Entertainment is also decent . Fri night is gala night which was fantastic . Would definitely recommend this hotel especially for families. We will be returning next summer with more of our family joining us.     Heartbreaking-Disappointing

    In a business where the Ministry has granted a 4 star license, you expect an order, an organization, a standard structure, no bad smell as soon as you enter the restaurant area, at least grill and pan dishes to be cooked. This criterion, which we call the level of readiness, is not available at Viking Garden Hotel. The rooms and general areas are clean, the hotel guests are unprotected against the Turkish guests who generally cause alcohol-related outbursts and no security intervention is made.The meals, snacks made in the snack bar, even if the product quality is good, the products that come out due to the lack of competent people are tasteless, uncooked and tasteless.Most of the staff are unhappy, low energy and have a rude language.As a result, disappointing for us.     Lovely Stay. Beautiful views

    Myself, husband & our 16year old daughter had a wonderful stay in the Viking Garden. Staff were excellent, friendly and polite & spoke good English. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the staff never stop. Food was lovely, but like all AI can be repetitive. Snack bar was always popular. Pool bar barman Mehmet was lovely & made our stay.
