Location

The hotel is 150 metres from the resort centre and 500 metres from the nearest beach. Kemer is a cosmopolitan resort with a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is some 56 km from the airport.

Facility

196 rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The complex offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and golf are available. With windsurfing, sailing, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a café, a bar and a pub. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    The Viking Star Hotel has a wonderful spa. It's a very cozy space, with professional massage therapists and friendly staff. Spa manager Mehpare is always there for the client. You can tell she's a top-notch manager; the staff works efficiently under her direction. We choose a convenient time, and treatments begin on time without any unnecessary waiting. I adore their programs, and the hammam program is my favorite. And the massage course is a must, as it truly leaves you feeling invigorated. Our vacation begins at the spa.

    Just back from another fortnight at the Viking Star KemerHaving reviewed this hotel previously I'd like a shout out this year for the a Entertainment team and in particular Soner (head of the entertainment program) You made our stay extra special with your new program, we thank you and appreciate your hard work.Your stage shows,music and entertainment is the best we've seen over the years, my wife and I enjoyed it more this year with hilarious shows, well done.Also a mention to Kristina, co -annoucer/pilates and water gym coach who always makes us feel so welcome, looks after us especially with the some language barriers, fluent in Russian,Turkish and English she never forgets us and makes us so welcome and always has time for us. You both make "Gala night" (Wednesday) so special too, truely the highlight of the week. The hotel has seen many changes this season, it was a little sad to see reception has employed very young staff that speak no english at all with just 1 lady from previous years returning this year now speaking english, we did have to wait till she was on (usually in the mornings) if we needed anything. Reception should always have international speaking staff guys sad you've changed this.To all the restaurant/bar staff too, thank you guys as usual you served us well. Hello to the new cook for your 1st year, I still need you to bring bacon back for breakfast mind :) (wish list) Also congratulates to Yelchin (head of food and beverage) on your promotion now overseeing 2 sister hotels for the group, although we did miss you at the Viking Star
