Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, families and young people, this spa hotel is located in Antalya and is about 1.5 km from the hotel's private sandy beach. The centre is about 800 m away. There is a bus stop directly just outside the door.

Facility

The complex was modernised in 2023. Guests have a choice of 327 non-smoking rooms. Friendly staff are available at the reception desk. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. For the littlest travellers, children's beds can be provided at no extra charge. A safe and a minibar are also available. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a baby bath and include a telephone. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. 3 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 2 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. A waterslide guarantees plenty of fun for young and old, and the pool bar provides sustenance and refreshing drinks. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the complex offers beach volleyball (no extra charge). A number of sports are available, including water sports such as snorkelling and water aerobics. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, banana boat rides, diving and parasailing. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers (for a fee). The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. A wellness area with a Cleopatra bath is available at the hotel. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic beverages and a complimentary minibar. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, children's meals and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. Baby food (no extra charge) provides for little ones' well being. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. Non-alcoholic beverages and international brands are included in the price.

    We have been here four times, and we are going back in May and September. The people working her is very serviceminded, helpful and always doing the best for us, specially Mert ,Huseyin and general manager Kadir. The rooms are fine and the cleaning is good. We fin the food variety and very good. Stine and family from Norway

    Extremely disappointing stayThe fitness center was good with all the equipment you need.Unpleasant staff. They lie about everything and come up with things that are not true. If you say they were rude or were trying to trick you with money in the hamam, they will lie and say that did not happened. They also publish your personal information for everyone, as example if you have certain request. They will write it on booking After you leave a review. Be carefull with what you request. They didn't clean the room unless we specifically asked them to. Even when they were supposed to clean the room or make the bed, they somehow forgot to do it. When we reminded them and asked why it wasn't done, even though they had written it down on a note, thev said it was our responsibility to remind them every day about cleaningThe night staff tried to scam us. We had already paid for the hammam and showed both the receipt and the bank transaction. but he still insisted that we hadn't paid and demanded 100 euros from us. He finally backed off when we mentioned that we would report his extortion,The food was far below any acceptable standard. The selection was poor, repetitive, and often ran out without being refilled.The worst hotel ever.     Would not recommend! Faulty lift and terrible food

    Was a horrible experience as we got stuck in the lift 2 times whilst being 3 months pregnant and I expressed this to the staff panicking and they just said to climb the stairs which we was on the top floor and didn’t change room. The food was really bad as you can see there was egg shell found in the ‘pizza’ and egg looks gone off. We had a good holiday but just because we had to leave the resort to go elsewhere and most of the day you don’t get any of the sun by the pool.     Hotel good except of the food

    In general very good, except of the food. Everything would be good, if the would do better in the department of the food. The breakfast were terrible. Today, on the last day they put out fried egg from the breakfast at the salad table with the garnish of the pancakes, which is a joke. Nothing to complain in regards of the room, drinks or the hotel in general. But the food - better to go to the restaurants near hotel then eat here.     Brilliant hotel, the rooms was great, good shower, comfy beds, fridge and coffee facilities. Hotel staff are really nice, manager in reception was so helpful. Food was excellent, loads of choice.
