The hotel is 7 km from Alanya city centre and 110 km from Antalya Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 120 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Some units include a terrace with a partial sea view. Most units have a sea view. Rooms have a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. There is also a desk, and for an additional fee, a safe and a minibar. Sport

Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. For guests who wish to keep active, bocce and archery are available. With water aerobics or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, catamaraning and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga, aerobics and pilates. There is a wellness area with a beauty salon and massage treatments and, for an additional fee, a spa and a steam bath. Third-party operators offer a spa, steam bath and hammam. Live music and a dance club are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Dining facilities include an à-la-carte restaurant, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. International brands are available for an additional fee. There are non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages and house favourite brands as well.

    Second visit to the White City Beach Hotel and I’m sure it won’t be my last. Hotel is lovely and clean and reception area always smells amazing. Staff are very attentive and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Omer the barman at the pool bar is fantastic and so are his cocktails. Always got a smile and easy to talk to. Luna at guest relations is lovely and friendly and speaks good English and is very helpful. Violinist is also very talented and adds a nice calming atmosphere to the reception area. Eugene who works in the shop in reception was my favourite, if he didn’t have what you needed in his shop he would definitely have it in for you the next day. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Such a lovely, friendly, funny man. Hotel is great if you just want to relax and unwind. I didn’t mind it being remote as i prefer quieter areas instead of build up busy areas. But Alanya and Konakli are only 10 minutes away in a bus or taxi. And there is a little shop across from hotel where you can book day trips. Entertainment was okay but as it was early season it wasn’t running at it’s normal schedule. As i have been before i know it’s a lot better later on in the season when then hotel has more guests. As it was my birthday when i was away the hotel made it more special by sending a bottle of Prosecco and birthday cake to my room. And my friend had arranged to have breakfast delivered the room, which had lots of variety and was very fresh. I enjoyed my second stay at this hotel just as much as my first one. One little thing i think the hotel could improve on, is to to have a selection of cold coffees in the coffee bar. Sad when my holiday was over, but hopefully be returning soon.

    Stayed here for a short get away with friends. Service was excellent from start to finish, explicitly at the pool side bar. Assistant manager at the bar ensures all runs smoothly. Lovely cocktails. Waiters/waitresses on the ball in the restaurant always make sure you have a drink. Will definitely stay again.

    Omer was a very attentive bar man. Friendly & helpful staff.The hotels evening entertainment was lacking in guest involvement. Ie. no Kareok or dancing. Area around the hotel was very lacking in choice. The beach area was over sold. No golden beach as advertised. Too much building work going on around and about.     love this hotel. brilliant staff especially Omer behind the bar.. and all the staff where so friendly..     Superbly run adult resort

    Great restful week at the well run White City Beach resort. Super clean and wonderful staff, all wanting you to have a wonderful time. Rooms cleaned daily and water left in room. It's great to see the manager and owner regularly onsite overseeing the running of the site....probably adds to why it is so good. Food was lovely, so much choice. Pizza and meatballs at the beach were so good. Burgers and Turkish pancakes at the pool just as good. The pastry chef is superb! The cakes are so lovely. Visited the pattiserie daily and had sweets every evening as well. Thanks Fatma and Orhan! Loved the jetty over the sea for sunbathing but also spent some time at the pool and had a go on the water slides which was fun. Entertainment every night, bit we preferred playing cards in the lobby. Bar wasnt open there yet but it was no problem fetching a drink from the pool bar. Omer aka Tom Cruise is a fab barman with a great attitude to work! Location is quiet but only a quick bus hop to Alanya or Konalki. If looking for shopping I suggest Konalki as loads of shops and very compact unlike Alanya. There is a guy at the next hotel along that will stop the bus for you to Konalki. It's only 50 lira each way. If you want to do any trips pop to the shop across the road to book, really good service and they will pick you up for trips. The Catamaran trip was fun. No ATM, but you can change English money to Lira at the hotel, and it's a decent rate. The shops would take Lira, English or Euros. Cash is still King here. Overall a fantastic week and we will be returning. Yes there is noise from the construction of a new hotel next door, but this is due to be open shortly and it really didn't affect our holiday.
