Location

The hotel is located on the east side of the popular resort centre of Alanya, which is 4.5 km away and easily reached on local transport. The local beach is roughly 50 m across the road from the hotel, which has its own section for hotel guests. There are plenty of restaurants, bats, nightlife venues and shops within a short stroll of the hotel. Alanya Castle and the Damlataş Caves are about a 10-minute drive away. Antalya Airport is about 130 km from the establishment.

Facility

173 non-smoking rooms, including 4 junior suites, 4 suites and 145 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. The dining area includes a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Great View, Great Beach… and a Reception Desk with Selective Hearing

    At first glance, White Gold Hotel & Spa looks beautiful — sparkling clean, perfectly located, and blessed with truly fantastic weather. The beach and pier are absolutely lovely, and for a moment, you really feel like you’ve found your dream holiday spot.Unfortunately, that’s where most of the good news ends. While the hotel staff in general were kind and helpful, the young gentlemen at the reception desk seemed to have a very special skill: the ability to suddenly stop understanding English the moment you actually needed help. Minor issues were ignored with impressive consistency, and when things got serious, they mastered the art of pretending you were speaking an alien language.The food was the usual all-inclusive story — repetitive and a bit uninspired — but at this hotel, the selection actually shrunk day by day. By the end of the week, the buffet looked like it had survived a small apocalypse.Then came the real adventure: bedbugs. We found them in our room by the second day. After some careful negotiation (and visible reluctance from reception), we got a new room. Another group from our party wasn’t so lucky — they just got fresh sheets.As if that wasn’t enough, about half of our group was struck by a mysterious, explosive stomach virus (most likely norovirus). Let’s just say the “spa” part of the hotel name took on a whole new meaning that week.Entertainment was, to put it politely, underwhelming. One evening featured a live band that felt like it had been booked directly from someone’s cousin’s garage.And the “All Inclusive” package? Let’s just say if you’re planning to enjoy a drink or two on your vacation, you might want to look elsewhere — this deal should really come with quotation marks.Would I return? Only if I brought my own food, bedbug spray, and a good sense of humor.

    As promised, I returned to my favorite hotel for the third time, and once again, I wasn't disappointed! Even though the season is ending, nothing has changed for the worse. The staff has a very good memory, and I received a warm welcome. I also had no problem finding a room with a better view on a higher floor. The entertainment staff took great care of the guests and tried to provide them with plenty of entertainment. Special thanks go to one of the entertainment staff, Kürșat Demir, who takes care of his guests in every way possible. I appreciate the staff's professionalism and their ability to have a good time. For party lovers, I recommend clubbing with the entertainment staff, who provide safe transportation and a fantastic evening of entertainment and fun. Another plus is the hotel's private beach, accessible via an underpass. The only thing I miss is the water slide, which is still visible in the photos, but unfortunately, it's gone. It's a real shame.

    Best located in Oba Alanya. Very good service. Nice and helping personal room are very clean, confortable beds. Pool area are big, sunny and good services. Own tunnel to the own beach. Thuis was 2nd times we booked this hotel in 2 years. Many shops in area and very nice waking beach way. I am sure we are comming back to this hotel again and again.

    Staying at the White Gold Hotel and spa was a completely wonderful experience from start to finish. It’s the perfect mix of cool, relaxing, and exciting all at once. From the delicious food to the wide variety of activities, everything is organized at such a high level. The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, making you feel truly welcome.What makes this hotel truly special is that it’s for everyone—no matter if you’re young or old, you will definitely find joy here. For me, the highlight of the stay was without a doubt the animation team. Firat, Volkan, and Kürsat created an incredible, unique vibe that I have honestly never experienced anywhere else. From fun pool games during the day to the amazing evening shows, they brought so much energy, fun, and positivity. Their personalities light up the entire hotel and put a smile on every guest’s face.As a young guy, I had such a great time spending moments with them, and they truly made my holiday unforgettable. I will definitely be coming back—and I hope to see Firat, Volkan, and Kürsat again, because they turned this hotel into an experience I’ll never forget.
