  This is the worsest hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Dirty, very rude staff, restaurant in the dark basement where was no wine and lack of food, kids pool wasn’t clean and it was a womit by the pool in the morning and no one cleaned it. Chickens ran out. I was like a nightmare

  Hi all! My colleague and I came to Turkey on a canceled tour of our tourists, and we are very disappointed with what is happening in this hotel, which refers to itself as 4 * in Kemer (Kirish district) “Royal Towers Hotel” is just awful 🙈 we ourselves work as tour agents, therefore in double shock, and in 20 years of trips to Turkey, this is probably the worst of the worst options! In what terrible conditions does the tour operator Biblioglobus send tourists!? there are a lot of inconsistencies in the description on the site, for example, it says that the renovation was in 2023, but it was not there, the rooms were killed, the doors do not close, mold and plaster fell off, the lamps do not work, there is no smell of repair, there is dirt under the window of the rooms, scattered some things, pieces of furniture, etc., look at the photo, it's trash! Wi - Fi Internet works only for a fee , 1 hour - $ 1 . In the lobby, he practically did not work. There is no declared Gym at all, according to the all-inclusive concept, there is nothing but lemonade, tea, not tasty coffee, water, vodka, beer and wine from plastic cups 🙈! About the restaurant, this is a different story, there is complete unsanitary conditions, not washed floors, greasy tables, dirty dishes, plates have the impression that they don’t wash at all, my colleague caught rotavirus, most likely from this dirty dishes, every day while we were there, from they took the hotel in an ambulance with poisoning, met 2 girls, also complained that they were lying with an intestinal disorder for a couple of days, the food is terrible, and especially the serving, for example, fresh vegetables are cut on trays and you can see that they are not washed, pieces of clay are visible on them, and tomatoes, apparently, are laid out straight “from the garden” with twigs, only pastries are more or less tasty. Dead cockroaches swim in the pool, and dirt, it is not clear where the relevant organizations in Turkey are looking! There are very few sunbeds on the beach, you won’t find free ones in the morning, and the beach bar is made from an old McDonald’s ice cream stand, look at the photo! The hotel periodically cuts off electricity, the key card does not work in all rooms, in this case they issue an ordinary iron key. "Enjoy" these views in the photo, I think this is more than enough to draw a conclusion about the hotel and the quality of service. We do not advise you to come here for any money, it is dangerous for your health!

  It was a very good experience, good food and beverages and very close to beach restaurants and supermarkets without forgetting the open buffet on each meals. It was really a good experience that we can repeat it

  Very good hotel with nice personnel.Good bar and SPA.Many people from different countries and friendship atmosphere.Try SPA and beautiful staff relationship.Kitchen is nice with different proposals.
